Explanation of the trade: Services were completed, i asked if they could continue to use up the balance in my wallet and was told that they couldn't honor the previous pricing because promotion was over. So i went elsewhere and asked for my wallet to be refunded.
How they scammed: No Scam yet, just evading the refund claiming they have no gold but vouches are popping off faster than the 4th of July. Their TOS says nothing at all about a time frame regarding wallet refunds either, i just feel like the massive lack of communication and evading refunding money that should be there is just poor trading practices and their part.
I reached out this morning to them and got no answer, so i posted in general chat and my messages where deleted and then i was finally given a response.
I was told this morning i would be reached in 2 hours and i had to message them 4 hours later.
This is terrible practices.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. i personally have not been very active within the server since having my discord account banned and having to rebuild everything. a followup @staff ping would of helped me to address this sooner.
