I have removed the google doc as it going to result in a lot of people's personal information being leaked.

Staff can see it in a deleted post above (make sure to view the document in an incognito browser).

 

@Performers you're gonna have to show us the chat logs of these trades if you want us to review this.

 

I've talked with @performers on Discord, as they can't PM me here due to their Sythe account being banned.

I have checked all the chat logs and the right amount of gold was delivered each time. @performers mentioned that they were under the impression the rate was $0.34/m. For some trades, like the one on Feb 17th, no specific rate was discussed. Instead the agreement was 542m for $195 (roughly $0.36/m). Both parties agreed to this trade. I understand it can be frustrating that you were under the impression the rate was lower, but as no rate was mention at this part of the conversation, we can't hold @Luckygoldshop accountable for this.

For the other trades it was mostly the difference between the amount you sent and the amount @Luckygoldshop received. I've checked these transactions on the blockchain and they are in line with what @Luckygoldshop paid you out for. Your wallet or platform likely charges you for sending the payment.
