    Time Travel

Ok, a lot of people seem to think you can create a time machine using wormholes. What you have to do is accelerate one end of the wormhole to near the speed of light so time travels more slowly for that end.

Suppose we have wormhole Entrance Alpha, and wormhole Entrance Beta. It is the year 2000. Alpha is stationary. Beta is moving at .99999 light speed. In the year 2010, 10 years will have passed for Alpha, but only 5 years will have passed for Beta. Alpha is 10 years old and Beta is only 5 years old.

So then, if you go through Alpha in the year 2010, you end up at Beta in the year 2005.

But I do not get how this is suppose to work. Traveling at the speed of light only causes your time to travel more slowly relative to objects not traveling at the speed of light. I submit to you that you would not end up in the year 2005, but rather 2010. The only thing is that the Beta end is 5 years younger then the Alpha end.
