Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:
They are both bumping a GIM/UGIM thread while @OSRS_Services is actively quoting for them.
Therefore they are bypassing the 1 thread per market section limit seen here:
Attempting To Bypass the 1 Thread per Market Section Limit: You may only have one thread per market section advertising your goods, services, or platform (Discord server/website, etc) unless otherwise specified. Attempts to circumvent this limit will result in a 1 month ban and possibly a DNT in severe cases.

All of the accounts were created just before the shop went live. Shop went live on 22nd January, Accounts created on 21st January.

They have the same method for other providers that are not actively bumping. rPro probably forgot to remove Ralph when setting up.

 

Not sure how this is ''market manipulation'' if this isn't: Invalid report

You were all 3 bumping, BMMO was actively quoting for RPGstash, with literal admissions and its not classified as market manipulation, yet this is? Am i the only one failing to understand these ''rulings''?

Am I not allowed to outsource to Yoda/Darth Vader, who are the ones running the shop?
The ruling on that report above is ''users can outsource, if its mentioned that its outsourced'' - we literally have it in our ToS that we outsource some of our stock.

"Quoting for them" quoting what mate? the prices are already listed, what can they quote? The same price that is already publically available?

If this is market manipulation, then how come Niki coming to us and literally offering to do transfers on our GIM shop accounts knowing we are actively bumping is not? Especially knowing what he was trying to do is bug abuse without ever informing us LOL



I'm not gonna sit here and discuss, because you're so far up your own ass at this point that any sort of civil discussion is pointless with you and your crew, as you all treat this marketplace as some edge-cutting competition between who can skirt the rules more and get away with it, this goes for everyone involved in this dumb report war, Niki, Dario, and everyone else from MyPvM and not.


To sythe admins: hide my thread until this is resolved, if the ruling is that it is market manipulation, I will happily not actively bump the thread, and if needed, even give back whatever we ''profitted'' in running this GIM shop, only question I have, is, how is BMMO/MyPVM doing orders for RPGstash not market manipulation when they were all actively bumping in same section, but this is? How is this any different, if nobody from the "Partners" running the shop even had access to tickets until we MANUALLY added them to talk to the customer.. Isn't it the same as outsourcing except more transparent?

The key takeaways are:

a) According to Andy: either in ticket or in ToS you have to mention stock being outsourced - which if you go to our ToS #5, it's mentioned that some of the stock is outsourced.

b) In regards to the question Yoshiki asked Virt about having direct access to customers: if you even look at your own report, you will see that someone from our staff - in this case Frixen answered your ticket and only added the partner to make the trade, once you asked about specific item.

I will also emphasize, that Ralph being there as a partner, just proves outsource, which we already admitted to (and according to sythe, both in the Virt report & the RPGStash report are legal as long as mentioned in ToS or ticket). You can go thru every single transaction, or feedback in our server, and you will see that all tickets / customer support were handled by our main staff, and all trades were done by Yoda/DV, not Ralph.

No, we did not ''forget'' to remove Ralph, he is a partner we outsource to, same way, our infernal capers or ToA team are partners who we outsource to, but all the customer support/ticket handling is provided by our main staff, and the partners only get to ''access'' customers once a deal is going through, they do not see tickets beforehand to manipulate anything.
