Explanation of the trade:
The trade is i purchased quite a few plugins through various services for RLPL and OPRS clients. I had an active sub in storm client.



How they scammed:
I recently received a ban evasion for promoting my server and now attempting a second pardon. When I received the evasion ban he restricted my access from storm client, which he is a moderator in along with many other discords. After asking for a refund for not breaking T.O.S. in any of the server and losing my access he proceeded too ban me from all discords meaning I've lost all access too things unrelated too storm client as well. Storm clients owner refuses too message me back. As I am attempting a pardon and owning up from my mistakes along with debts being cleared, I feel powerless in this situation. jim#6969 and I have had a pervious altercation before and I believe this is his way of taking advantage of a situation. I want a refund of all of my collective plugins or access returned too me in all associated servers.

Hello, as of this message you still have access to clients + plugins you purchased, not sure what you are on about.

You are banned for breaking TOS (being a confirmed scammer as seen here: Scampy bad intentions in the community)

No refunds as you are banned on our discords to protect our community from scammers like you, and as mentioned you still have access to client.

I have lost all access with “not a valid key” and storm client won’t load. The bots where my keys were stored are gone” because I’m banned from servers. When you restricted my access. I’ve seen the way you run amok around these servers. And I’d like too see where you put the “fund in community pool” prior to my report. As you stated you were doing.

 

Hello, you can go to Storm Console to retrieve our latest launcher, I have DMed you your auth key but you have seemed to have blocked me on Discord! No fret.

As for the 'put fund in community pool', I was told by you specifically that all debt has been paid so there wont be any funds going to any community pool !

Not sure what you mean by 'run amok around these servers', im doing my job as a Discord Moderator (over 500++ discords).

You were banned for scamming and are not welcomed in any of my Discord servers.

Please let me know if you need help getting back to using our Client (Storm Client), but of course you have to unblock me

You blocked me first as shown in the clip I posted. And too be fair you’ve made it clear you have no intention of returning my money or access unless I’m pardoned which could take an extensive amount of time. Storm client alone doesn’t cover all cost across these servers. At this point The only thing you’d need too do is lift my bans too return access and I do everything else myself. If you do plan on returning my access you can alert me through here. You being blocked won’t prevent my access. And if you plan on refund you already have my wallet code for BTC for payment.

One thing that was not mention is, the ban was issued on another server that all (if not most) plugins discord share mutually, I will post the TOS here as well (OpenBanBot)

The main reason of the server is to eliminate the tedious work of moderators/admins on each server to ban offenders (like Bender as an example) without the need to manually ban on all Discords. Instead, the ban is issued on OBB and the ban will be affect all discord servers that have OBB in them

 

I dont see what's wrong with waiting for you being pardoned/unbanned on Sythe though, end of the day you WERE banned for a reason, scamming isn't it?

The reason I’m making this post because those of us who have changed feel powerless when things like this happen. I don’t go out of my way too message anybody because at the end of the day scamming isn’t worth my time nor and I’m not 15 anymore. I don’t need your help once again. I’ve worked for servers, done tons of business with big names on the service community including going first on a multiple account sales. Once being a maxed main sale between me and another discord owner and it took him 2 months too pay me my ban has cost me positions in these servers. So trust me buddy I know what I did. Trying to make amends and not deal with shit like this anymore. Just want too do things in peace.

What is it that you exactly want from Storm/Jim?

 

Ideally i want my access back too these servers then ill be ok. I dont want any trouble just access returned too me.

Ruling:

In principle, Storm is not allowed to withhold necessary information from you that is needed to make full use of purchased products. Now that you have been banned from Storm's servers, Storm admin/moderator Jim has reached out to you, in order to provide you with said information. You, however, have blocked him, and thus, frustrated your own path to receive information. Consequently, Storm has fulfilled their duty to exert themselves to provide you with information about said product, and therefore, Storm has delivered their product in conformity. Concluding that there is no breach of rules.
