Explanation of the trade: He asked me for 70 b of Runewild, we negotiated the price, he asked me for the account and I sent it to him, then it took me 10 minutes because of my bad internet and then he tells me that the OSRS account was banned.
How they scammed: He doesn't want to pay me 70b of Runewild that I sold him.

But only after I mention im banned he starts responding again, and in my terms of service it clearly states that we are not responsible for any bans before/during or after the trade. Ill just let you decide how to deal with it, im ready to pay if thats what is deemed neccessary im just thinking this was supppose to be covered by my T.O.S since if he has picked up the gold in time it would most likely had been banned on his account aswell.

 

You never told me that there was a period of time to charge and in the time that I have been using you, you never told me that these terms applied to me.
Besides, this TOS refers to the RUNEWILD business, not the OSRS GP, you can easily change it and when I was ready, pay me.

 

The BUSINESS BETWEEN THE 2 was for GP RSPS, already finished, your TOS is not valid since all that remains is to pay me, you could sell the gold or whatever you want, but when I was available, you had to pay me there, or that TOS is for everyone Your BUSINESSES like this have already finished and you have to pay?

 

The business between the two of us is over, the only thing left was for you to pay me, this TOS benefits no one but you, if these things happen, will you hide behind this TOS?
I mean, I sell you OSRS GP and I disconnect.
for not giving you my btc address after 10min-1hr and you get "banned" you will NOT PAY ME when I pass you my btc address after 2hrs? is that ok?

 

"No one can confirm that you got the gold before the account was banned", that is, if I buy osrs gold with your TOS and the seller takes more than 10 minutes to pass me his payment method. and I get my account banned, I won't have to pay the gold?, it's something silly.. after the gold is in your possession, it is your responsibility to pay me, because the gold was delivered in Runewild correctly, ALSO These TOS are published in the RSPS Buy/Sell thread, NOT OSRS, so the TOS are based on RSPS transactions, I need my payment ASAP, Cheers!
