insufficient evidence

Purchased infernal via Virt Services on 5th january. The cape was done via silveris.

Let me just start off saying that i have said to Virt that i am not expecting a refund from him as its my fault i allowed full access and typed my user and password in after giving him access to parsec, giving him access to the keystrokes. This should say a lot about the authenticity of this post and is just a warning to people to NOT type anything into parsec while using any services

I recently started playing the game after taking a few years off and the first thing i did was buy OSRS GP and go to Virt Services to purchase the infernal cape. I have had runelite downloaded on my pc for over 5 years and no one has had access to my account apart from Silveris via Parsec. Being new to Parsec i allowed full access to my pc. I have a lot of runescape accounts and stupidly dont have an authenticator on any of them, thats now changed. I woke up this morning to the only account that he had access to with an authenticator on it - password hadnt been changed - and the bank value gone from 2b+ to 500k, the boy even sold (1) potions . unfortunately he didnt send a screenshot of bank value before starting but you can see from first photo roughly how much wealth was on the account. Just glad he left the cape to be fair.

me and my mate didnt understand how it had happened as i was guided to
runescape.com/community via Virt Services to see if my account had been linked to anything, negative.

and did a bit of digging looking for a possible method since we knew that there was no way i had been keylogged as every other account i own still had all the gp on it and found this within parsec

while this doesnt allow him information as is we were still as we did a bit more digging and found out that you can download another third party client that allows a virtual keyboard to appear on his screen to see what keystrokes i hit while signing into the account

Firstly, there is no evidence linking me to the said scamming and no connection can be made between me and the supposed third-party app found on a forum that mentions how it's completed. These are simply accusations made without any evidence.
Secondly, I've been a reliable provider in the infernal cape market for over 4 years and have served more than 3,000 customers without receiving a single complaint about losing their banks. I built my reputation through providing quality services and trust of my customers as my first priority.
