Slow/non-responsive workers

Looking for guidance as there's been mainly no responses for a good period of time combined with lack of updates/progress. Can certainly just sit on them as I'm out 0GP/$0 & let it be -$5/week until it hits $0 as it doesn't seem like they are training/continuing but rather save both our times.

Not sure any of them have a Sythe beyond Ramon (appears now he scammed 27M but was working for me for quite a bit prior to this making this round of accs and what not but I do not owe him anything at this time so nothing to antiscam if deemed necessary)

All (3) agreed to the same terms:

1. VPN or Residential IP MUST be utilized for US East region - this prevents account locks as well as possible RWT Bans
2. You will be responsible for any supplies and membership.
3. A timetable will be agreed to - you can overestimate your time. Payment will be $5 less for each week it is not finished beyond the timetable.
4. NO BOTS. Hand-done ONLY. If the account gets banned you will be responsible. No payment will be made if the account gets banned.
5. If the account gets any unwanted levels I will pay 25% of the total agreed upon amount once this account is complete & 3 days after (IE 2 def on a 1 def request - 43 def on a 42 def request - higher prayer on a set prayer request, etc)
6. For HCIM ORDERS* If the account dies I will be paying 30% of the total agreed upon amount once this account is complete & 3 to 5 days after.
7. I will pay 3 to 5 days after completion of the account (to ensure there are no bans).
8. I may require screenshots of levels/quests to ensure no bots are being used. Please ensure this is done.
9. If the account is not finished it will remain in my possession.
As of 12/16/22 I did add the following terms of service (on top of the above - however that would not necessarily apply to these orders as it was the prior terms):
10. The account must be trained consistently each day.
11. You must respond/provide updates within 10 days of requested, failure to do so may result in removal of the job without pay as it will be assumed you are no longer working/not working timely.

Agreed to make 3x accounts (99 Firemaking/99 Thieving/83 Hunt/70 Agility/85 Mining) back in October due by 12/24 - been non-responsive with no progress on hiscores when looking up the accounts. No account is even close to what was agreed upon. One account I did log into as it is very low stats (basically just wintertodt starter stats in 2 months time) & not progressing & it was last logged in 29 days prior. On this one I did try to put a stop date as it's basically been 3+ weeks with no progress/response (saying to please reply by x date or I'll assume you are no longer wanting to work).

Agreed to make 3x accounts (99 Runecrafting + 99 Firemaking) on 11/06/22 (due 12/17/22) - one account has been 50 firemaking/45 woodcutting for over 3 weeks.
