Explanation of the trade: Bought services, account got banned during services, spent 215m last couple of days with these guys and then get a perma ban for botting today whilst they were doing me 44-68 farming, accused me of being the reason because during services I helped get mining up.
How they scammed: Worker botted on my account and got it perma banned, never even had a bot ban on this acc..

BufferOverNo did 3 services in a row. We managed to complete 2, the third service his account got banned on. One of the things he requested was 60-68 mining which he end up doing himself to speed up the process when the worker was offline (he could be doing this by bot or ghostmouse himself, he broke our TOS by logging in / training himself while we ask him not to during a service).

We never scammed anyone, I even refunded your last service fully (56M) while my TOS is saying you're getting refunded for the part which isn't completed.

Besides that, botting was not proven nor do my workers have access or knowledge how to do this. The ban reason ''macroing'' has gotten a wide term the past weeks as even RWTing gets banned under this reason. BufferOverNo has become frustrated as he expected more than only the service refunded while I clearly state that obtaining a service is fully on your own risk. He has spend a total of 106,2M and I kindly ask any customer to move any unnecessary wealth off the account which he also didn't do.

If any sythe mod wants the whole transcript, I've got nothing to hide. Besides that, my TOS and rules are clear enough. I've no idea how this guy gets himself the word ''scammed'' in his mouth but all good.

 

Are you serious? I done it by ghosttmouse or a bot? Your workers used the bot mate, furthermore your workers did not have any issue with me logging in to speed up the service.

How would I prove your workers were botting? Do I have access to their computers? No.

You offer services "by hand" which are not by hand, thus scamming members of this community.
