Which violation you are reporting the user for: Market Manipulation
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: All 3 users are bumping threads in same section while RPGStash admits that he outsourced to MyPVM/BMMO (I think the message in the 2nd page refers to MyPvM, where he references that he outsourced $25k worth of services to them with no issues))

+ RPGstash advertising infernal capes, fire capes in minigames section when there is a section for that
+ RPGStash advertising him "hiring account builders" in skill training section when there is sections for hiring acc builders.
+ is RPGStash disclosing this outsourcing to his customers? Or does this even count as outsourcing if the whole staff of BMMO also acts as staff of RPGStash?

Same reason our infernal provider had to stop bumping his threads as he was working for us, to avoid market manipulation as outlined in the report by Dbuffed, this is no different?

Or can we just have different staff members create different service names, and just bump threads infinitely then outsource everything to rPro? As Chad clearly was involved way more than just ''outsourcer'', having access to clientelle within rpgstash website

adding onto this, RPGStash has a history of bad trading practices/false advertisement/predatory trading habits, which looking at this report shouldn’t be overlooked

The reason why @RPGStash.com went to @Chad was because we refused to allow our managers to quote directly with their clients. They just place orders with us, like a normal client does. Under no circumstances did we have any type of contact with RPGStash clients.

So yeh, keep us away from this.

 

My infernal capes and fire capes, quests and minigames are not done by neither MMO or MyPVM. I have local workers for those.
I outsourced mainly PVM orders to MyPVM and skilling + PVM to BoostedMMO.
I did hire account builders in skilling section. Was it not allowed? As I dont have any other thread in the section.
I already disabled MMO's account of our website interface. And we are not giving them any new orders atm.

 

RPGStash is still bumping threads within the same sections as you guys do while you're doing their orders. So unless they're specifically mentioning to their clients that it is outsourced, I don't see how that isn't still market manipulation.

Again:

123Rprostaffmember123 makes a thread in the skill section called MyServices123, they're bumping their threads, they get an order and then they outsource it to rPro. How is that not market manipulation while I'm also bumping my threads? Only way it isn't, is if 123rprostaffmember123 discloses that the service is outsourced to rPro, but even then it's dodgy, because what's preventing us from abusing this loophole to just have our threads at the top of the page 24/7 with different names?

How does it even count as outsourced if BMMO staff is acting as manager for RPGStash services? How is that not the same service?

 

MyPvM literally mentioned that the reason for RPGStash going to you was because you were quoting directly to their customers. Can you provide proof that all the services you did over this time were specifically DISCLOSED to the customer as outsourced to BMMO to the fullest extent? And again, how does it count as outsourcing, if you're literally acting as manager for RPGStash services?

 

Still, MyPvM is not breaking any rules. If others are, that will be on Mods.

 

I had been offering fire cape, minigame, quest services since 2010, before MyPVM or MMO was here. Those orders are done by my local workers. How is that market manipulation?
I do not have a PVM service thread, and that's what I use mainly MyPVM for. I dont have a skilling thread either.
I have proof that they were asking me for such orders and I told them I have my own workers for these with better prices.

 

In your report against Chaddy the very first thing you mention is literally the fact that you’re outsourcing QUEST speed running services while bumping your own questing thread, if you really cannot remember what you wrote couple of hours ago, then I will delete this report, because sythe staff won’t be able to help in this case, someone with a Dr. degree needs to take a look.

You are still advertising firecapes/infernals in minigames section, what is the capes section for then?

You are advertising your hiring posts in job listings, skilling services, and god knows where else? Hiring section is to hire people, not account upgrade services.

And answer the 4 most important questions without deflecting them:

1. In this timespan of over a year, with 1000+ orders completed, ALL OUTSOURCED, how many of them were disclosed as outsourced as per sythe rules?

2. How can you guarantee to the customer any safety about their 6b+ or however much was stolen, if you’re not even sure where customer accounts go after they’re given to you?

3. How is this an outsourcing job, if BMMO is literally acting as your services manager from Step A to Step Z?

4. What kind of trading practice is taking your customers account, all details visible to 6+ staffers of BMMO, your own staff is logging in, changing pins, adding auths, then literally anyone with access to anything can log on at any point, do whatever they please and in this case leave your customers out of 6b+, and this isn’t even addressing the issue of service bans with so many different Ips in and out of the account every 15 mins?

Gl finding that 6b+ playing musical chairs with 10 different people having access to a customer account without the customer ever knowing about it.

Good way to do business, dropshipping services, without any accountability.

 

Also it's not that all MMO's staff acted as RPGStash's managers, they act as gamers not managers. They were quoting prices to me, not to my customers as my customers already paid.
We receive orders on our website, ff it's a service my local workers can do, we assign to them. For newer stuff like PVM and questspeeding, local workers don't do it. I didn't advise on sythe for services I didn't do.

You were even asked by the customer DIRECTLY if the order was outsourced and promptly ignored the question

And still have ignored the issue of you bumping quest thread while outsourcing quest speedruning brushing it off as “newer content”?

 

I might have understood the situation wrong.

After reading what was proposed by @RPGStash.com, they wanted us to quote the order directly with their managers and not with their clients. How? By one of our managers logging in directly to the client account and quote it based on clients skill & gear without ever be in direct contact with them.

And after reading the report against BoostedMMO, seems like this is the case. Correct me if I am wrong @RPGStash.com

Thank you for caring about my customers. I actually care about the customers too. All the 6 customers were already compensated in full from my own pocket except the two ironman as they are going to be reimbursed with free services.
For MMO part, it is indeed a bad procedure to share acc details in the channel with 6 of his emloyees, and I was against it. The problem is solved as it's discontinued.

 

It's quoted to our managers not customers yes, in most of the cases as the customer doesnt ask for a quote, they place an order directly on website.

 

That is still gross malpractice in my eyes. Having someone log into acc before order is even started with no supervision or reason to, is the definition of bad trading practices. If the person ends up getting scammed in the end, there are now multiple people who could have accessed the account, stole the goods and youre back to playing the same musical chairs that is being played in the BMMO thread.

This isnt even addressing the higher service ban risks associated with more IPs on the account.

And then again, Dario, this just seems like a hail mary attempt to save a sinking ship, after your last comment, now singing a completely different tune. If what youre saying is true, at least you werent raw dogging it on customer accounts.

And yet again, even if what you’re saying is true, failure to disclose that work is outsourced, random stuff in random sections, malpractices when it comes to dealing with customer’s safety and even straight up ignoring the customers question about work being outsourced is just simply inexcusable if youre running a large-scale operation.

After more than 10 years of offering services, I haven't been reported for a hacked account or a banned account. That says enough about my security. I dont have to explain to you how I did it.

The only sinking ship here, it's you and your 5 workers.

 

If a thief doesn’t get caught in 10 years, doesn’t mean he didnt steal. Just because you pay back customers or “convince them” that theyre hacked (referring to your explanation about ironman tbow and infernal cape you mentioned before) doesnt mean you didnt grossly overstep the rules. Especially when it comes to outsourcing.
