Hi,

I am just wondering if i can get any help? or point me in the right direction of being able to speak to someone that can help?

I have won a sports bet, it seems a little dodgy that i have 1 result still pending but i cannot get any sense out of anyone on the live chat.. I have had to resort to this as i don't seem to have the Discord channel anymore.. When i try and join the Rune Hall channel its like i have been banned?
