I don't see any similar threads and my thread is way older too if you get back to the date/time i posted my gfx it's way older
And i asked my workers to get of any other servers they are on or they will be deranked and i think they did that
not sure whats minuplated else between us but bakkar used to be a worker/supervisor in my server for months and when he decided to open his own sythe thread & discord service he got deranked and i appreciate everything he did for us , and about gfx i just offered him to use someone i use because hes op gfx and fair prices
can you explain more whats the issue? after i explained all that

the announcement of bakkar and vandetta being supervisors is 1 september
bakkar made his thread in october
so in october after bakkar made his thread he asked to be deranked because its against the rules
he had some tickets still going so we was waiting for him to finish it so we can derank him.

vandetta is already a supervisor in my server before bakkar makes his server
and im the older server so im not the one asked to derank vandetta (amr)
i talked to vandetta to be either with me or bakkar and he said hes good to stay with me because hes a supervisor in my server.

same thing for abyss.

I used to be worker/admin at Machines
However, I Separated and started my own Server, business and Threads
Therefore he de ranked me and removed all role to become a normal member at his server
I found that there one worker in common between Our Servers and its not MEANT to be
I decided to remove roles/ranks of that worker
I confess that I'm kind new to Sythe and this business and there're mistakes And this mistakes aren't meant to be and not in purpose
However Ill always be happy if you Notify me about those mistakes and ill be Correcting them As soon as possible.

This announcement was before i start my own server/threads
However i got deranked once i started my own business.

This my latest Feedback i got at machine server and it belongs to last order i did there.
For the GFX's
The Desginer who made me the gfx was recommended by machine
So our GFX's were made by the same person
However, I don't think our gfx looks similar
For the workers
i didn't know any other workers to be hired at my server.
Also right after i realized that we cant share workers, i asked them to choice one server to work at
they preferred to stay at machine server therefore i deranked them.
I only have one worker and he not in common with any other servers as a worker
For the threads
I Was kinda new to sythe. i been asking sythe mods about sythe stuff till learnt how it goes
Now i have my own sythe threads, donations, workers, gfx's and my own discord server

also we are egyptians
so most of our convos are arabic

someone was rank in my server
decided to open his own server so he got deranked in my server
theres dates shows that
also he ranked some of my ranks in his server then i told them its against rules and they got deranked in his server

 

Feb 10 - 2021 (I created my sythe acc and discord)
September 18 - 2022 (Bakkar created his own server and started his sythe page officialy with donations etc..)
Therefore,
I'm the older server and those ranks was already with me so i'm not supposed to derank them at all specialy if they needed to stay with me.
For the screenshot of Griddy giving a FEEDBACK about bakkar it was October 4 - 2022 so that a bulk cg order and more stuff and i couldnt derank bakkar from server untill he finish his claimed tickets, so by
By October 2 bakkar told me hes finishing order in an hr " Griddy order " was finished and he vouched late, sent ss about it" that day i had a vc meeting with supervisor ranks only that bakkar isnt with us anymore and hes moving to his new server"
so for me i dont have to prove anything else because im not asked to derank my workers if im the older server, and for bakkar i explained his situation
for the gfx: left an ss refeering bakkar to medin (gfx designer) to make him out a full thread
so i dont think there is any issues with all that?

 

Sadly, I Couldn't find chats between me and the deranked workers since we speak same language most of our communications was at Voice calls.
However, i managed to find chat between me and the designer guide/teach me where i supposed to use the GFX'S at.

 

Couldnt find any chat between me and machine as Most of it in voice calls
I managed to find this tho a chat with common friend between me and machine

i mean who ever made this report tried to make a problem out of nothing with much respect to you techie <3 i really care and follow the rules to sythe and i will never be against that!

 

in this picture bakkar already sent his discord to one of my best customers in my server telling him to join his server
dont think if he still with me i'd let him still do that bro? i do respect bakkar but of course it really shows with date that he totaly left me as a worker
