I bought an account for 2 guides. The trade went fine but once i gave him the guides and he sent me the Username And password he logged. I checked the account yes the password matches but the account is locked. I checked the Highscores yes everything he said was true but the account is locked. He is a very trusted member with alot of vouches i have a picture of the account he gave me logging on, Msn Conversation and Pm's.
I want to know if i have a chance at getting this guy banned. I dont want him banned yet, i want him to have a chance to explain himself and if he knew that it was locked. But if he did can he say "well i gave you all the stuff, your just stupid and didn't ask if it was locked or not" or something like that.
