Explanation of the trade: Ninjacats worker somehow killed my hardcore when there was literally just walking between a bank and a runecrafting altar, he said he went to pee, and when he came back he said I was dead.
How they scammed: Killed my account, lost some items

No T.O.S. have been agreed to. Then when we started talking to me he said "Report me on sythe and ill take the ban, you will ruin my family"

He says his employee went to pee and came back to me dead, which seems highly suspect to me. I offered him to either reimburse me for the account, or to rebuild me a new HCIM to the stats it was as of today, but he makes excuses of why he cant.

I have the video of me collecting his user ID on discord, but not sure where i should upload the videos.

 

He says he cant afford to reimburse or train me a new account, so even if nothing gets done from this report, people should be careful about using him because if an employee scams, theres 0 chance of reimbursement/making things right

All i'd want to make things right is a new hardcore with the 371 quest points i have and the requirements that come with all of those quests. I can rebuild everything else myself, i just really hate quests.

He is now saying he has a disclaimer on his sythe page, but it is no where in his discord or when we talked about training my account. I sent him a link to the report so he can reply here, and i told him he can reply here instead of messaging me and he said
"No need, ill take the ban, my time is gone"

Oh he also owes me for 5 hours of uncompleted time, since that is what i had remaining.

2nd he never told me its a hardcore

3rd own him 5 hrs for real time will refund.

4th i do this for living and i really don't have funds or have funds to hire someone to power leveling for help him.

5th he made us many times emotional fool too by giving us late payments in the past.

6th none of my team knows it was a hardcore

7th i check full of the my discord chats since starting he never told us it about being a hardcore.

 

1) Ill let sythe admins decide, but hiding TOS in a sythe thread is not legitamate, it goes based on whats agreed on in the server
2) I did, but yall delete all the messages in your discord
3) Send to my zelle
4) IF you do this for a living, you can train it at your own cost, since it is apart of your company
5) I admit, i was late on a couple of payments, but i sent proof of the emergency that came up, and i asked you if it was okay to send late and you said yes. that is different than saying "You will ruin my family"
6) You all have done around 400 to 500 hours on this account and you said you didnt realize it was hardcore until it died, how is that possible?

Also on number 5: That doesnt even come close to absolving you of responsibility.

 

my employs everyday keep changing and a buyer of service should inform us about a being hardcore.

 

can you mention a single place? where did you told me its a hardcore on your current discord, m still not sure how his account died being sure of pvp toggled left on by himself or a glitch.

Okay he edited his post here to say am i making it up, but when talking on discord he admits he knew that i swapped accounts and we both confirmed it, and now he is grasping at straws and trying to look like im making things up:

So here is the TLDR:

We both agree you/your employee killed my hardcore
You say your TOS hidden in your sythe post, with no TOS in your discord absolves you
You say since i swapped discord accounts and didnt specifically resay i was a HC that absolves you, even though you ask if im hardcore and know that im hardcore and that absolves you

You owe me 5 hours of time

My account was 2300+ total, 90% done with quest point cape and had 1.5B worth of gear on it

So now we just let an admin decide where reasonability lies.


You also say you have 0 money to reimburse/train account for reimbursements, so incase of a scam quit by one of your employees you cant fix it, which ive seen others get DNT'd for bad trading practices for.

I will leave the rest up to the admins.

If any admin wants access to my discord/messages via screenshare so they can see everything themselves, i will gladly allow that, as i have nothing to hide on my end

You didn't even hired me for months after this and because we had a confussion related to cryto and you banned me over at that point of time.

Have him send a picture of the discord account with UID he sent the username pass to, with screenshots, he wont be able to because you are just making stuff up at this point and its kind of crazy

Bhuvan, its okay, you fucked up it happens. THere is no need to try to try and throw every shitty excuse and see what sticks to the wall. You had a better chance at defending yourself before you went crazy and accusing me of things that didnt happen, and throwing accusations out.

Also you lekaed someone elses personal info above, so you may want to redact that as leaking info and not protecting it is also against sythe rules.

 

So TLDR update again:

You have now leaked another customers info in a post on this report
You are now accusing me of hacking a customer of yours with no proof since i reported you on sythe
You admit you owe me 5 hours of time
You admit your employee got my account killed
There were no TOS agreed to in your discord server
You kicked me as soon as the report was made so there was no other evidence

I have provided proof of all my claims
And now you are just trying every excuse to get out of it EVEN THOUGH WHEN I TOLD YOU I WAS GOING TO REPORT YOU, THAT YOU SAID YOUD JUST TAKE THE BAN BECAUSE YOU KNEW YOU MESSED UP.
