Hiring dev for ongoing services related to botfarming

I am interested in hiring someone who will be able develop software to assist in the automation of the bot farm.

I am looking to have a bot manager of sorts to assist in the logging in/out and starting of scripts. I have many things needing to be completed and this can be a long term on going position depending on the type of individual you are.
