Why is this account more expensive then a regular maxed main account?

I bought mine for $300 with maxed stats but this is more expensive and isnt maxed

Is this because of the 85 85 and 99 str if so I will do some research and bid.

 

The reason it's so expensive is because despite it not being maxed combat stats, it still has 99 hp. Using blowpipe to train for all that range xp takes many many hours. The 99 hp makes this an ideal account for any staker.
