explanation:
I hired chicks to complete a 350 to a completion on my account today. After paying, I waited a few hours with no response so I chose to message and ask for an update. They said it would be a couple hours until the service would be completed and that I could log into my account in the mean time. Upon logging in I found my bank completely void of all valuable items. My bow, full maser, ancestral, bands, the lists goes on, were all missing. I messaged the agent I was speaking with and was told they would message the person who was supposed to complete the service on my account. It has now been over 5 hours with no resolution or any progress at all. If you value your account or anything on it, DO NOT USE CHICKS GOLD. I will update with any future solutions or responses they give me.

Hi there, it's standard for an investigation such as this to take a while as timezones exist. This happened when it was 11 PM for me and I'm only getting caught up with all the information now. Any dispute like this is also a 2 side part - your side and the trainer's side. It Both you and I can agree that getting the story from only 1 side wouldn't be doing a proper investigation. If it's found that the trainer did indeed exit scam, you will be fully reimbursed but it's a matter that does require time to check, especially given the amount.


You also provided us absolutely no time to check, whilst stating that if you don't like the solution , you'll report us on sythe(to then report on sythe without even waiting for the solution.)

As we speak, we're waiting for the trainer's reply. If it doesn't happen then we'll have to assume he exit scammed and pay back the gold. Simple as. Self scams are common nowadays so triple checking does not hurt, regardless of how much said person has spent with us as we have had cases.

Just wanted to confirm that I was indeed reimbursed. The situation was handled professionally and we came to an agreement. Chicks as a company is trustworthy, the rogue trainer was at fault here. (I did not have a forum account when I made my initial post.)
