Dispute twc

Posting from home I.p, created my account on mobile data

 

This is the most equivalent to my home I.p I don’t have an actual home I.p where I pay the bill as I am living at my work building so this is my home. I’m not sure what else to do really as I am provided accomodation by work so this is technically my home I.p.
How does one figure this out as my twc is losing me potential business

 

Hey there @CroWolf, if you're unable to post from either a residential connection or unable provide us with your internet bill, then unfortunately there's nothing we can do to assist you further in having the TWC lifted as we don't consider mobile IP's to be your home IP. If you change your mind, then feel free to make a new dispute with either proof of your internet bill, or by posting again but from a residential connection this time around.
