Which violation you are reporting the user for: [Section Rules] Infernal Cape Services in violation of rule 6: As a worker, you may not provide services for more than one active service thread; this means you may not bump your own thread while working for another service thread.

Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: In the pictures below you can see Seth has his own infernal thread whilst also working for RS Phoenix, Viking and Chicks as infernal caper

Seth has no access to customers apart doing the cape itself via parsec. The only single mention you've found is a trustpilot review where we gave him the name of our caper so that he can leave it on trustpilot. We're the ones handling payment and quotes. He never gets put into the customer ticket.

 

Outsourcing is allowed, so long as the caper has no access/conversations with the customer
