The background is to messy, I'd go for something more clear cut and simple.

 

Looks pretty good; but like the guy above me said, change the background. I don't think the grungyness goes with everything else.

 

It's good, I think you can do more with the buttons while still making it look professional. Simplicity looks better on websites i find. You can still put abstract/grungy things in but i think the whole background is too busy.

 

I think navigation buttons doesn't fit with that background (too simple), though background is nice, but as BoxWood said "too messy" or you can make buttons to fit background but then I think header won't fit to them. All in all I would make less messy background and everything would be very good. It's still nice without any changes, but that's what i'd do.
