    First off I know they aren't responsible for RSGP. I was ASSURED that the GP would be safe on there as i didn't have another account to put it on.

    they claim they did not do it, however, i canceled my order and they cleaned the account. The "Trainer" had just logged out 5 mins before (as soon as i told them I wanted to cancel the order) I log into the account and all 600m bank is gone. This is the second time i have been scammed ( i was scammed by denisike for a maxed account a few days ago and now this) EVEN if nothing can be proven i just want people to see what happened to me. they can keep the 600m for all i care.

    also: they have refunded me the WHOLE price of the service which is weird if they didn't do anything why would they do this when they charge 25% fee for canceling? someones guilty. Imgur: The magic of the Internet

    Hi there, hope all is well.

    I'm going to start off by clarifying a timeline here so that everyone knows exactly what we're dealing with and everything is clear.

    1. You opened a ticket on the 15th of August asking us to help you do some leveling. We gave you a quote and you accepted it and proceeded forth with it. You were provided our terms of services as found here Screenshot - 8971d8c78b6f910181e5a07feb339d0c - Gyazo

    2. The day after you paid , you asked us if foregoing the combat part of the order is possible. We confirmed to you that there would be a 25% fee to cancel that part of the service. You did change your mind regarding that but keep this record in mind.

    3. Everything resumed as normal until 12 hours ago where you told us that you might have to pause the service for the following reason :

    4. We then proceeded to remind you that cancelling the order would cost you 25% of the entire order cost. You agreed to it stating yourself that it's not safe as seen here -

    5. You then proceeded to claim that our trainer stole 600m and had wiped most of the things. One quick thing to note however is that most of the untradeables were left. When my colleague started explaining to you possible reasons as to why it could not have been our trainer, you instantly started threatening with sythe reports and so on.


    Just to address the obvious - you started off the conversation in our ticket for the day by saying you might have to cancel BECAUSE you thought your account was compromised. You also stated that someone else has access to this account. This was before you even accused our trainer of having robbed you of your wealth and you even stated you are checking. You confirmed with us that you want to cancel and whilst my colleague was getting to you the numbers as to how much we'd refund - you accused our trainer. Given the fact that you told us you think your account was compromised and confirmed it after that it's not safe - this points to someone else having gained access and maliciously stolen your wealth as you stated yourself.

    Regarding the refund - you were refunded because our trainer got 5 levels of progress and told us that he doesn't need any payment as he didn't do a lot of work (5 levels of combat) and we didn't want to have further headaches with chargebacks from banks occurring etc.

    This entire situation is just odd. You know that someone else has access to your account, you tell us that it's not safe because someone else has access(which it wasn't) and ask us to cancel then accuse us of having stolen your wealth. Repeat that in your head.

    I'm happy to provide both the customer ticket and trainer ticket to any sythe moderator/admin taking care of this.

    TOS agreed to is above.

    When I told you this you took advantage of it. Sythe is clearly going to see I’m talking about the other account I was scammed by denisike. And how someone else recovered it. You guys are scum and took advantage of the situation. You will probably get away with it, however I won’t stop posting on Reddit etc.

    The difference is THIS accounts password was NEVER changed from the one I gave you and your trainer. Therefore no one had recovered it YET. I was afraid he would recover this one as well. You took advantage of my situation. Had I not told you and reset the password my wealth would still be there. And you’re right it is odd, because if someone not you took the account and you wealth they would have taken the time to take everything. However you didn’t, you took the main items and logged off so no would suspect you. Only two people had that password, you and I. I logged into the account at NMZ with just DH on like it was getting trained. Explainin that? Mind you; there was lumbridge tele runes in the inv. Any other person wouldn’t have teled to lumby traded it over and took it back to NMZ.

    this situation just screams perfect time to get away with a scam. To clarify. I bought this account, I was afraid it was going to be recovered during the services. So I told them, they took advantage (the account was never recovered) so no one had access to it at this time. However someone DID have access to recover it. Which I feared and still do.

    I make over 15k a month, I’m not doing this to get the wealth back, I’m doing this to show the world how chicks gold really is.

    You literally mention ''someone has access to this acc as well'' in one of your screenshots, therefore you were talking about this account.

    Okay, trainer had access to this account and that is normal as he was doing your service. What's not normal is you mentioning that someone has access to your account and that you want to stop the service then doubling back claiming we stole the gold even though you mentioned the above. Your point goes both ways as somebody trying to self scam could do the exact same thing to say the exact same thing. It's also possible the person you mentioned that has access to this account tried to make it inconspicuous

    Your other point about getting away with a scam also goes 2 days - Denisike could have also had a linked account and stolen the wealth but felt bad for you and left your untradeables alive. The fact that you started the conversation today by saying that you think the account is no longer safe for services indicates there's something you know that you're not mentioning to us. That could be that the original owner was trying to reset the password to the acc to gain access etc.

    You mention that you're not doing this to get the wealth back and only to show how chicks gold really is but you also omit the part you threatened us that you will visit our HQ after calling us scum- was that also done to show the world who Chicks really is?     From another point of view, it's also weird that when you get told you'll have to receive a -25% fee for cancellation(after having backed down after being told this before) the wealth goes missing suddenly. Our trainers pay a deposit and are vetted for any issues and your trainer has been with us since a year and a half ago without any issue.

    yes I was rash and i do apologize. however i was scammed for 2.5k two days ago. As someone else has access to the account i meant that someone can recover the account but this was not the case. The password was the same as when i gave it to the trainer. Yes i wanted to speak to someone in person about the matter. i was not threatening you at all nor did i threaten any type of violence.

    I also want to point out the fact that if this was indeed Denisike the password would have been changed which it was not. The password remained the same as the one I gave chicks and the trainer. Also, if this was denisike the whole bank would have been wiped because he would have been in no hurry as he would have recovered the account. (Not the case at all) as you can see in the picture there is 50 something mill remaining in the bank. This means whoever did it just took all the main gear in a hurry and the cash stack and dipped before I could actually log on after I canceled the service.

    Given the fact that you stated yourself that you are ''trying to figure out'' what's happening around 45 minutes before deciding to cancel, I don't think that's a valid point about time as that gave the trainer plenty of time. It also allowed you plenty of time to check the bank account as let's be honest - that's the first thing someone checks when they check they think their account is compromised. You still went forward with the decision after that time and decided to cancel implying everything was okay and you were on the account and had checked everything during that time span.

    What's also plausible is the fact that the person who had access to the account just felt bad for you and after stealing so much wealth from previous people, they decided to leave your untradeables intact but still took most of the wealth.

    They don't necessarily need to have had the password, as there are plenty of ways to access an account via a linked account and as far as I know you can remove the linked about after taking the wealth as well.

    Just because the password was the same that doesn't mean that it's something that HAD to happen. If you see someone on the street that doesn't mean you're going to punch them in every single scenario, there are restrictions that stop you from doing that - common sense etc. In our case, the trainer has a deposit and also has done countless of tasks without issue. That doesn't mean to say that this clears him 100% right off the bat ofcourse, but paired with the fact that you stated yourself the account is unsafe and someone else can access, I do believe those factors combined lead to the trainer being free of guilt here.

    We've only had good experiences with this trainer before and nothing from our interaction with him seemed off. I can provide said ticket conversation to the person in charge of this ticket.

    Now , I think the best thing we can do is wait for someone to take over this case and discuss it as we'd keep going in circles and theorizing without any conclusion. We're happy to help and provide any proof required.

    Go ahead and prove to us that he didn't do it. "PROVIDE PROOF" yeah good luck with that. according to you you're going off of your workers "word" The person who had access to the account was your trainer, and myself lol. So....... you're running under a rock here.

No one else had access to the account but you and your trainer. cool i stated the account was unsafe as in it could be recovered but thats not the case? just admit you snaked me and move on with your life. It just so happened to be the perfect storm of "evidence". Terrible customer service. This isn't even about the untradeable. Trust me if it was anyone else they wouldn't have just taken the big items in the first tab and logged off. & it just so happened when i canceled the service? hm.

    Also? 45mins? get your timeline right, i asked about the process at 8:04PM and i told you i wanted to cancel at 8:24 Pm. which is 20 mins. I wasn't even home yet when i asked you about canceling i was on mobile.

    The timeline is in the screenshots I've sent in my first post.

    In a report the person reporting should be the one generally providing proof of their claim but just to answer it regardless - I'm more than happy to provide the ticket as proof to admins but since it contains sensitive information , I can't post it here. You actually go back on your message and mention that only the trainer and you had access whilst previously you stated that someone else has access. As found here for reminder : Screenshot - bd83b6558b5e8ee3682657638039948d - Gyazo . You mention there's a storm of evidence but the only evidence you've brought up so far is your claim that you got hacked and that's about it.

    To address your digging- based on the sheer volume of orders that we get, it's entirely normal to have accusations like those pop up just based on how many orders we get overall. Compared to the total orders, the number of disputes ends up being around 0.01-0.1% of total orders. You've found 4 of them in 2 years which should actually show the opposite of what you are implying. All of them ended up not having enough evidence for me to be able to refund the customer but there's also been plenty of occasions where we paid out the customer and fired the trainer because the evidence was there. This isn't one of the cases.

    Since we're going absolutely nowhere with this discussion and I have a feeling it'll start getting aggressive based on your previous behaviour, I'm happy to wait it out and not reply until we get an admin or moderator shine some light to this matter.

    what part of ACCESS as in can recover the account do you not understand? this is NOT what happened as the password was not changed? One was actually three days ago lol. You tried to blame phishing links, you tried to say it was someone else. Yet i did a scan and showed you, showed you everything you asked and all roads point to one person, you.

    You're backing down on a lot of words that you've said and now state something else. I'll leave it as that as there's not really much else to mention. It sounds like you're deflecting blame on literally everyone you can that your account got robbed and trying to recover wealth via any way shape or form. First you report Chelsea for taking payment for Denisike, then this after you claimed the following(just a reminder for you since you said he had access to another acc only) :

    Let me even put them into writing for you -

    ''Someone has access to this acc as well'' -> English is not your second language and you very much know what saying this means. When you say this you are explicit about the fact you believe some else gained access to your acc, not the fact that he CAN recover the account.

    ''Once it's more secure I will come back' -> This is you explicitly admitting the fact that your account is not safe. You can't backtrack now and say you didn't say this because clear evidence is there.

    You also mention I got my timeline wrong, but if you look at the screenshots I included, the time you told us about the issue(my time) was 03:42 AM. You cancelled oficially at 04:26 my time. Doing the math, that's 44 minutes and not the 20 minutes you claim that the trainer had to take the wealth. That's how much time you had when you stated you were ''figuring out what's going on now'' and it is entirely possible you thought to blame us because you're more likely to receive wealth from us, compared to someone that scamquit like Denisike. In terms of actual proof you have brought forward , you've only shown a bank screenshot having 50m and all untradeables intact and that the trainer still had access to your account and even that last message is unknown as it's possible you changed your password before claiming you were hacked. You've now accused 2(not counting denisike ) people of scamming whilst you claim we have precedence of scamming - shouldn't the same accusation also be put towards you as that's another person you pin the blame on? How can we not know you ddin't even have the denisike account recovered and you are trying to get triple profit from this? The sythe report itself was removed because you did not answer but out of a sudden you find time to report us afterwards but still not taking care of that? You bought our service before Zora closed the other report so you had time to respond to it.

    On our side, I've already explained how things are. There is a reason why there is a TOS and there is a reason why it explicitly says ''we do not cover for any loss of wealth''. That's not put in place so that we scam, that is put in case to prevent cases of self scams accusing us of things like this with no evidence at all. Tell me if it really makes sense and whether you really believe that someone that has the deposit to cover most of the stolen wealth, has earned way more through us through a longer time and has proven himself would scam for 600m when he can make way more. Scam quits are obvious and clear. When those have happened wealth has always been returned to the customer and everything has been fixed. Even when there was a little bit of doubt, some compensation was offered to the customer but this isn't the case. We even went above and beyond our duty here and have even given you a full refund for the service that you paid solely to not have more conflict and reasons of chargebacks from you. We could have easily taken 25% of the entire payment as our TOS states but we chose not to - that's what Chicksgold is , not the picture that you're trying to draw of some scammers.

    I really don't think you starting to put the blame on people who are entirely innocent in this case and have done nothing is a justifiable thing - especially for someone that says they make 15k a month and they only want to find the proper culprit but you do you.

    Imagine saying I had him recover the account. You really are that dense huh? Ridiculous. You sound like a broken record repeating things I’ve already explained. Yeah I would give 11.25$ to make 200+ too and save face. Makes perfect sense lol. Chances are you’ll get away with taking this 200 odd dollars and that’s ok. You need it more than I do. You know what you did and you have to live with that karma not me. It’ll come back to bite you in life. Everything comes around eventually. You’re a bully who steals from people. That’s all I’ll say about this. You’re an awful company who has a absolutely rude and disrespectful owner. You’ll crash and burn eventually. I’m walking away with a clear conscious. You on the other hand as much as you say you didn’t, are corrupt and disgusting. I’ll keep posting this everywhere I can and reminding people to not do business with you.

    PS: just do a Google search of chicks gold scamming, you might want to look into this, there’s loads of reports of you stealing gold and cleaning banks. Saying it wasn’t you. These peoples already have nothing from you so why would they post so many reports? Hmm. Weird huh?
    I would stay away from this company. Go look at their feedback, all positive no negative. Because they vet their feedback and ban anyone who posts bad feedback on their discord.

    Any service has the right to dispute and remove feedback on their own discord as they choose. Same thing goes for trustpilot reviews- trustpilot acts as a 3rd party to decide whether those reviews are legitimate and whether that experience(in the sense of was this an actual customer) is true.

    If the conclusion you took from my message was that you had him recover the account - I invite you to read my entire statement again. The real broken record I would say is the fact you keep mentioning the 4 bad reviews in 2+ years and still haven't brought proof. Check the reviews of any business that has done more than 100 orders and you'll notice none of them have 100% feedback and you're bound to get some false negatives/customers who had issues with verification etc. You're free to have your own opinion at the end of the day but I can guarantee you that on my side I'm walking away from this thing knowing I've only said the truth.


    Anyway, feel free to knock yourself out. Everything's been said and there's nothing left to say until a moderator/admin shines some light into this matter. Until then, have a great day.

    Hey there @player12345678, firstly sorry for your loss in regard to the Denisike situation. In regard to this report it's impossible to prove this occurred from Chicks team and that's further shown by you claiming that your other account was just compromised and that someone else had access to the account that they were servicing which was the reason you had to cancel the service. Their ToS also covers all our base requirements, although I'm more so referring to the transfer of valuables prior to the service starting and you agreed to their ToS prior to continuing with the service. Regarding the negative reviews you brought up those users didn't provide proof to back up their claims, but if they believe they have any valid proof to back up those claims, then they're more than welcome to open up their own report. I'm sorry that this outcome wasn't the one you were looking for but I hope you can understand it given the circumstances within this report.
