Explanation of the trade:
I paid for 334m for a TON of questing/skilling.

I have about 1b on my account (during the order, there was aprox 300m~ for gear/items needed for the skilling/questing/bosses etc.

I changed pw and everything after service, and i was just playing, logged out to go get a drink and came back upstairs and was logged into rs, and couldn't login

fortunately I was able to do a pw reset to boot the account off, and when I logged in, i was standing at ge with all my gp in inventory and everything sold from the bank.

I messaged him about the situation and he then asked me for my info/pw etc so he could check and i was like what? and he asked again, so I told him to PM me on sythe for further assurance and he's not said a thing now.

I've NEVER clicked malicious links, visitited any websites
his workers are the only other person besides me that has ever been on the account

How they scammed: After talking to Pikachu (ex sythe mod) we were able to find that someone (either light or a worker) had enabled a google account to my account to login.

Looking at his profile, the unique ID he has shown is 905170455319691395, but I added him DIRECTLY from the username he has on his profile. How can you add that profile and still end up with a different user that has a different ID?



This is taken directly from his discord server, where the owner of the server is LightGP#9999

Obviously whoever I was just chatting too on discord as LightGP#0001 is an imposter...BUT everything that was discussed, and talked about regarding the order happened in his discord server, that he has advertised on his threads. No information was shared with this discord profile, but it's still fishy that the account had a google account linked to it, and nearly took all the gp off of my account.

Vea was the person (to my knowledge) that was doing the questing/skilling on my account




Mach was one of the managers dealing with the sale, as there was communication problems during the service, and was helping me figure out when the service was going to be finished.



You create a ticket, a worker claims that ticket, and then managers/the worker that claimed it are able to see that ticket. My account login info was only ever put into that chat on their discord server.

This person: Nalazar was the person who I got pm confirmation from regarding the trade before I sent them/traded them anything.

Any specific information that was shared in the server I will gladly send to mods reviewing this report. Seems like a worker trying to cash out or something.

As far as GP lost...? I just lost out on all my items being dumped into ge for whatever price (quite a lot of high valued items) imbued rings unimbued and sold (hours spent in NMZ for points etc) so I really don't know how to calculate how much gp was lost

Was first contacted by mach after leaving feedback on their feedback server about this issue, where I was told they knew it was Vea, and had suspicions before and after my service with them.






Then a group chat was created between the three of us, where I brought up the fact that he had (at the time) the imposters LightGP#0001 on his profile (that did not match his actual unique ID because his profile was LightGP#9999 due to his nitro running out, to which he then switched it back to LightGP#0001

 

At work currently, ill be responding to this in a couple of hours when im home.

 

Added new information regarding what happened after talking with Mach and LightGP last night

EDIT: also at the time of posting this Vea is still listed as a worker within the server.

Since my last post, only thing i've been able to get from him, is a message asking me to explain everything to him, to which I again had no response.

This is what was said:

   I added LightGP#0001 (before you recently changed after realizing your nitro had run out) when I realized I wanted questing done on my account, it took a while for that person who had LightGP#0001 at the time to even add me, so i went to your service thread and just joined your discord (just recently got back into rs as I have irl friends who all have maxed mains and have been begging me forever to get back on and play) After joining, I then created a ticket to have questing done (both tickets seem to have been closed now as I type this so I, am unable to tell you the ticket number to reffer to for my orders) After creating the ticket, which included quests required to do fremmy exiles, ds2, monkey madness 2, and some other various quests, as well as a small amount of skilling which included mining, runecrafting, theiving, and construction(which vea and mach were the two people the entire time I delt with) I ended up oweing like 275m or something? I paid for that, and Vea then began the order. A couple days in, i simply asked how long it was going to take, because I wasn't too worried about how long, I just wanted an idea so I would know when it would be done. Vea told me like 3-4 days or something when I asked. For the first couple days, there was little to no progress made on the account. Then after a couple days I tried to get ahold of vea just to ask how things were going and he was MIA for what @mach like 2 days or something? @mach was even blowing him up on discord trying to figure out what was going on. After his hiatus he finally responds and had done the skilling some quests etc. and then like a day later had trouble getting in touch again.

   @mach gave me permission to login (because I refused to login, because I wasn't going to break tos over simply wanting to know what was done on my account) Vea then comes out of nowhere with a huge list of quests he did on his own without even consulting me (which came out to about 75m in quests) because he needed 200 qp for ds2 (again failure to communicate on his part, as I could have gave him a proper list of quests I ACUTALLY wanted done, that would have benefited my account and saved me hours of questing etc after the service was finished. My account had 200m~ worth of items on it 1 being a rapier which was half of that, and that all was (in my eyes) an adequate amount of gold to leave on for all the questing needed, for items, gear vea might have needed etc.

   So I paid @mach for the additional questing after vea finished and whatnot and I thought that was it. Changed pw, etc. i was good to go

   on — 08/01/2022 I purchased 700m 07 from dovis to get more gear I needed to start playing with my friends

   I was in a call with one of my friends at the time, I teleported to PC to start working on void, and logged out as i wanted to go downstairs for some food and a drink

   I come upstairs to my computer, and try to login and my account was logged in. But when your account is logged in, it also mentions something about possible server problems so I figured it had to be it. Nobody uses my account, I would never click links to anything, and I don't visit malicious sites. All I do is buy gp from dovis when i'm bored, dice on sythe, and that's about my activity on sythe for....the last while (you can even check)

   i asked him to login to his account to see if it was server issues, he logged in with no problem, so I knew someone had to be on my account. I quickly went online to figure out how (if possible) to boot someone off your account, and I found that doing a password RESET (not pw change) will boot anyone from your account as soon as you change the password via the reset email. So i did, and was able to login right after that. I logged in, and 948m was in my inventory with some misc teleports, and I was at the grand exchange (i logged out at pest control)

   I immediately messaged Pikachu (ex mod on sythe) about the situation and she told me to check linked accounts, to which I found there was a google account linked, to which I immediately unlinked, ontop of checking all the other platforms you can link, to make sure nothing else was linked, to which it ended up just being the google account that had been linked.

    Nothing was shared with that imposter, all he had said to me (before this incident) Hey do you still need questing? and asked me after the fact again. After this all went down I messaged (the imposter) about this and he asked for the login details which I knew was sus from the start, so I asked for verification pm, he went quiet, i got ahold of you and he's since then changed his id etc. I have whatever that profile is blocked now.

    @mach said he was sus of vea before and was ready to boot him prior to my service, then he went MIA during my service, etc. Then this all goes down. @mach says he has 1b deposit and no reason to attempt this himself.

At this point, all he's done is just "oh 2-3 hours ill respond, or 2-3 hours this or that.

His worker continues to take orders and still has worker roles/privilege's within the discord.

ALSO, my two separate tickets that had all the chat logs and whatnot within those tickets, have been removed and I can no longer view them.

 

Alright so yes i wasn't responding. But it wasn't because i was ignoring him it was actually due to irl reasons (Just burnt out from work nothing crazy)

This can be confirmed by all my workers and managers (And even sythe bumps running out and our ticket bot system turning offline because i was inactive for so long)

So please dont think im ignoring anyone, i'm not.


Anyways i sent him a whole message on Discord. He's free to screenshot everything and put it in here, i'm trying to get the story on both sides and see what went wrong and where exactly.

This is the farthest i've made it with him.

75m is owed to me in the least, but he wants to keep beating around the bush.

At this point i'll take the 75m and walk away from this, but it's sketchy to say at least. I understand there isn't any SOLID evidence as to it being their worker 100% but i'm also never involved in anything like this, and wouldn't go to this extent to make this report if it wasn't something that was done by them/their worker.

Coming from owning services prior and having workers under me, I couldn't imagine handling this situation with such negligence, especially after a manager that works for you, vouches for the fact that the worker was sketchy before they did my service, and was ready to terminate him as a worker anyway. I'm still out of my graceful set and time spent imbuing rings, ontop of whatever gp was lost from dumping all my items into the GE for whatever.

What goes around comes around and i'll 100% back up any further report towards these guys, as it's going to end up just being an "I told you so" moment.

 

3 days since I have heard anything from him.

Have yet to be refunded the 75m he said I was owed.

EDIT: Also, the 100m coupon is useless as i'll not be using them for anything ever again, so honestly would like repaid for whatever it would cost to be replaced, whatever their rate for grace would work for me.

 

Understandable, he's now trying to defend vea. I don't recall that message ever being sent to me, but why is he now trying to defend vea sending me a message about linked accounts, when he just scammed someone else doing the same thing? These guys are shady af
