Advertising Stolen Name

Alex + Achilles advertising a sniped name that @Assassin had put on the avoid list "Nb" they kept preaching about their "checks" yet don't even check the stolen name list, it was also listed in the 2-5b channel in their community sales but has now been removed, but they forgot to remove it from the total names list in screenshot below

Assassin Should be liable for not noticing this and letting them sell a sniped name without issue for almost a week now, he manages the list so he should enforce it?

Alex + Achilles Undeniably knowingly helping a known scammer ban evade

Now I will present undeniable proof after sythe mods ignored my other report on the RSN: Gear, of them selling a name for a known scammer. This scammer has probably at least 20 sythe accounts so I will try to list some here

After a quick search, Now the UID matches to this thread ✨❄[12b+ traded✓] SELLING CLEAN RARE NAMES ⭐ [NEW NAMES] ⭐ aka the user Water7

This is undeniable proof they knowingly advertised a name for a banned user, why would they delete it if they didn't know? Legit any mod can go into their server and see the vouch gone, further proof of them deleting it can be seen here thanks to a nice discord plugin

This is pretty serious especially them trying to cover their tracks by deleting information to cover their tracks. Sad honestly and I hope this is actually looked into.

Its tough to monitor everything and this was probably a mistake on their part, as you know the names to avoid list is large, and I shouldn't be punished because I don't stalk Achilles/Alex's list. Thanks

 

This is genuinely hilarious.
You admit in this your own report that we quickly removed the name once realizing we made a mistake listing for someone who we've done previous business with. Our only mistake, as you state, is forgetting to remove it from the Names-in-order listing which does not allow a purchase option. Can't be "trying to cover their tracks" if we removed this before your report, we realized a mistake was made and corrected it. <3 I look forward to this being closed like the previous what? 3? 4? reports you've falsely made.



As for Water7, his ban is news to me especially considering that post you linked is from 2019. After this report has resolved we'll be taking appropriate actions against the user you linked. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Afterall, having a discord this large requires a huge amount of oversight to keep everyone happy and while things very very rarely slip through the cracks we always have upstanding citizens like you to make small issues resolve quicker by bringing it to our attention. But as always we're working on improving our methods of checking users and long term we will be adding an additional, automatic, check to prevent this kind of issue is the future. Thank you for bring this up.

Also I truly don't believe Assassin should be responsible for policing his own list. He's doing a service by maintaining it. That being said we are not robots going through a thousand checks. We do what we think is reasonable based on the knowledge we have of the name, the user posting, etc. In this case we were wrong and before any harm could be done we took care of it.

 

How is this a false report?


You literally tried to cover up the fact you sold a name for a scammer by deleting the vouch and lying saying "this is news to me, I didn't know" and completely ignoring that in your reply above, and after seeing Assassin's screenshots, the SAME dude (@Water7) listed the name "Nb" with you guys further proving my case. How did you "correct" your mistake if the name was still listed PUBLICLY it doesn't matter if there is no purchase option l0l, you guys have repeated the same "mistake" over and over again to the point its clearly not an error but greed itself



The proof is there and you can't hide from it this time bud and I hope sythe moderators make the correct decision instead of protecting their friends and being biased
