I'm Confused...

In my appeal ban/offense i have the option to appeal with a last chance i get to write my appeal but then when i submit it... it says "Unfortunately, the current status of your account does not permit a last chance appeal to be submitted. Please view your offence appeal history again before attempting to submit a last chance appeal". What is the deal?

Ok I Think I Get It. You Need To Appeal To Some Of Your Others Offences Before You Can Do A Last Chance Appeal.
