Terms of Service that was agreed to: we agreed one june 26 that the rest of the payment for the acc that I sold to a friend which is $400 CAD via interac e transfer will be paid in 1-2 weeks from june 26, he is all of a sudden switching up today and saying "someone" saw the acc logged in alching, which I don't see the issue with that is, we never agreed that the buyer couldn't play on the acc until amount is fully paid for and vice versa, he is being extremely unprofessional and has lied countless of times. FYI the original amount was $600 CAD via interac e transfer and I already paid him $200 on behalf of my friend, the whole point of this was to help him sell it and in the process make some potential money for myself(which I regret getting into)
I also offered to get the acc back if he sent back the $200 but he is concerned for the items which is a bad sign that he has ill intentions otherwise why would he care about the items if he is selling the acc, which is shown here: Doberman - Discord (gyazo.com)

Also worth mentioning, he lied about buying this acc from @RSAccountsFarm because rsaccountsfarm graciously confirmed that he sold this acc to someone else and that @tendyies bought another acc with the login RSAccountsFarm - Discord (gyazo.com)

If staff require anymore information you guys can contact me on discord, not sure what @tendyies motive here is but clearly is very sketchy, extremely concerned for items that aren't his and we clearly agreed 1-2 weeks for the rest of the payment which is $400 CAD via interac e transfer which $200 of the full amount($600 CAD) has already been paid.

Some clarification for staff, my intention was not to dox this individual in no way shape or form, when you are logged into gyazo as I am a paid member on gyazo, and have my own account, it will show the contents of what is in the screenshot which also included my name and own personal email.

Some fruit of thought, I tried to resolve this in a civilized manner, however this person comes out of the blue while I am working and tells me " someone saw your friend alching(playing on the acc as he should be because he bought it) so I'm gonna give him 24 hours to pay or I am gonna recover the acc" anyone in my situation would be upset as he is basically going to scam, another thing I would like staff to pay attention to is the fact he is so worried about the bank on the acc(about 380m total including untradeable) considering I sold it for him, my intention from all this was to help him out and possibly make a buck or two, I never wanted to open a scam report but he forced me to do so threatening me by recovering an acc someone who already bought it and is playing(innocent).

I don't see the logic or reason behind the way he is acting, not to mention he has been lying to me on multiple occasions as I have shown staff and @Zora has more insight and evidence regarding this in case he is not the one to take the case.

Furthermore, I genuinely had no malicious intent to hurt anyone or @tendyies truth be told the way he is acting is getting under my skin but I wanted to believe he has genuine intentions but him lying to me on multiple occasions is what is upsetting me more, I never called him out on it or even bothered to bring it up as I felt it wasn't necessary at the time.


If staff need anything else feel free to contact me on discord, to conclude, he is being extremely unreasonable and calling a 24 hour or acc recovered which is basically scamming, is not reasonable in no way shape or form!

With all this in place it is not my place or position to say what should take place or happen to him that is something for staff to decide but once again, we agreed on 1-2 weeks from 24th of June so him being a foolish child and not wanting to be patient is not my problem but rather his.

Just for record, I never had any ill or malicious intention with this guy or even meant to so called "dox" him but clearly our friend here is a bit impatient and switching up on me last second for idk what reason.

Also whenever you screenshot something on gyazo through your gyazo acc, it shows the contents of the screenshot on the link, even my own email showed.

Please keep in mind I am a middleman here, I have no control over what this individual does(the buyer) however I trust he has good intentions and he will pay otherwise we can take further steps to rectify this however I believe he will pay but we just needed some time.

In terms of Tendyies or Doberman, will call him as that so he wont say I am "doxing him" and get butthurt, in terms of him mentioning the TWC on me, that is irrelevant and toxic with respects to what staff may think.

Bottom line, I want to help resolve this, sadly this has caused nothing but headache for myself but of course lesson learned, many factors to consider, to whoever takes this case kindly contact me on discord for any further clarification

With a grand total of 3 extra posts you’ve not presented a single new piece of evidence, on the contrary you’ve felt the need to expose my personal email twice which contains my irl name. You’re calling me a child and toxic when all throughout this you’ve not once mentioned the fact I gave you a free inferno pure to sell as you’re evidently down bad irl.

Also you’re using gyazo as an excuse when you knowingly took a screenshot containing both my irl name and email and proceeded to post them on a public forum. Nice. Ask Dbuffed, Beast and Lavas how that went. As per this thread [person backed out of an account trade] you’ve been warned about doxing before.

No matter the outcome staff need to evaluate this lads ability to hold onto personal information, as it’s becoming evident he’s having issues.

We can argue all day @tendyies you have nothing better to do or say, I was clear and explained to you the situation and we had an agreement, you switch up on me making some bullshit excuse.

I have paid $200 for the 2277 acc which completes the payment for that acc(which btw he lied about the info for it and later on admitted it) and paid $200 for the ironman so far which leaves $400 CAD remaining, I don't understand what your problem is or if you are facing a lot of irl problems and just deciding to take it out on me and the community.

I came to a quick resolution for @tendyies really wish it could of unfolded a different way but things happen, don't want to waste staff's time or prolong this anymore than it has to.

I have verified the funds on the account, when tendyies gave me the acc to me to sell it had 380m bank and now it has about 400m and membership so he can keep those.

I will be back in 3 hours just going to play some mens basketball, might be back sooner but will resolve this hopefully today through staff or a MM so he can give back the $200 Deposit I gave him originally for this acc.

 

This is being worked on by both parties. I will update this thread once a resolution comes to pass and both parties are satisfied.

 

$200 has been returned to @Abe and I helped transfer ownership of the account back to @tendyies. This report is now resolved.
