kewl.... i can top it! Ive seen a lvl 42 with blue p hat (Phat Shock), a lvl 44 with blue p hat, dragon fire shield, and prayer skill cape, (O solo Mio) and a lvl 86 with 75att,99str,1def,99range,99pray,99mage,99hp, and I've seen King Duffy.... so ya... Nice find though
