Worker taking days for reply & order taking way too long

Amount scammed: 50$ for 66-90 FM and 76-90 Fishing. Firemaking has not been fully complete and fishing has not been started at all.

Explanation of the trade: Paid 50$ for a trial run because I was kinda sus as he was begging me for the job.
How they scammed: Took payment but didnt finish off service/s suppose to be done in first week.




I have tried contacting them a few times with no reply. I saw someone leave in an old feedback thread that was in the server that his service had stopped as well. I ended up pming him and learning that this person had scammed a few other people as well.

Also changed the thread in in buy gold discord that said he had 2.3B gold in stock, to now not saying how much he has. He has not replied at all and will probably not.

 

@Heytheremister how much firemaking has been completed thus far? From the screenshot you provided above, it doesn't say the entire order will be complete in 1 week. It says you will pay an additional 50$ a week from May 26th, and when half of the full order is complete, you will pay the remaining $70.

@Heytheremister It appears there were no guarantees before payment from the screenshots provided. It has only been 1 week since your order start date.

From what you have shown me, you are too early to request a refund based off the ToS discussed prior to payment (partial or full). Please tell me how much firemaking has been done since May 26th, 2022?

 

66-82 firemaking has been done. Both firemaking and fishing were suppose to be completed or at least close to being complete.

Also as you can see in the full order, the $50 was not for the firemaking/fishing only. It was just the first installment for a trial week for the payment for all services as a whole. They have been accused of cleaning out banks and seems to be an exit scammer.

 

You are free to cancel the service if you were not satisfied during the trial period but you are not entitled to your 50$ back as the situation stands. Work was completed and there were no guarantees on what would be completed by the end of week one as per the TOS I was shown by you.

Regarding cleaning out banks, there has been no report on this as I see so I cannot take that into consideration.

 

I am not understanding what you mean when you are saying there are no guarentees that the job would be done by the end of the week, as they state it in the dm he sent me. Not to mention the fishing wasn't started at all as a service so that should be fully refundable anyways. but regardless you are telling me I have to trust a sythe profile to continue work that is currently trade banned because of scamming multiple users, see special delivery's post for example.

 

It wasn’t stated as part of the ToS prior to your trial payment (unless you can show me otherwise). Giving someone an estimation when asked for one isn’t a cause to request a refund if they weren’t able to meet that time estimation. Unless it was discussed prior the finalization of the deal (before payment) as then that time guarantee was used as an incentive to get you to pay him for his services. But if it was after the trial payment when asked by you, it isn’t binding.

Can you show me that he told you it would be done in 1 week prior to your payment to him?

I am not telling you to trust him. I am telling you that if you are not satisfied during this “trial period” then you are free to cancel. But because he did do work for you, you are not entitled to that trial payment back if you are asking for it (unless you can prove to me my above question). But you are not obligated to continue the service and continue with the final 2 payments if you don’t want to.

@ValentinaReady You guaranteed him 90 firemaking within 1 week prior to his $50 payment to you. You did not finish it. @Heytheremister is entitled to his $50 back. Please refund him.

I will give you 24 hours to either refund him or come to a separate agreement that @Heytheremister is satisfied with to make up for the $50. He is not obligated to accept any new deal if he only wants a refund. That is his choice since you broke the ToS. I will leave this open until 5pm EST tomorrow (June 2nd, 2022) and require a response on this report of either a refund confirmation or a new deal that you both have agreed to.

 

I am going to go ahead and ban @ValentinaReady. They have yet to respond to a single report and refuse to cooperate. I will also be banning and DNT'ing his other account @SANBS.

@Heytheremister I recommend not coming to a new agreement where you are again reliant on him. Clearly he doesn't take his business seriously and shouldn't be trusted. If you two come to a resolution, please let me know through PM's and I will update this report.
