Do you allow users to threaten to crash other people's computers if they get flamed?

Read the rest of the thread. This dude has been threatening people as if he were a mod. Is he a mod? Does he get special privileges?

I have seen people get banned for less than the crash computer threat in that post. I will be interested to see what you do.
