Explanation of the trade: Jonah /
Giancarlos came to us around 6-7 weeks ago with his first order being 2k tempoross points, we have done multiple trades with this user with multiple payment methods including GP, BTC and PayPal. The customer has also vouched for us multiple times praising our work (also obtaining 5% discount for future orders). Never had any problems in this time. Around 3:30am, the customer accused us of trying to remove his bank pin from the account. I explained it was middle of the night to the customer hoping he would understand that we operate between 8am and 11pm, as stated in the start of our ticket. However the customer got very angry and wouldn't accept this, he went on to trash us within our discord. I banned the customer allowing me to go back to sleep without worry. The customer also stated he was done with our 'scam service' and has changed his password (by our TOS we understand the job is completed and no refund is due). I woke up to find the customer had blocked me and wouldn't allow us to work things out calmly. I then saw the customer had made claims on PayPal for gold orders they have received from us, i did think this was rather foolish as we have full transcripts of all dealings with all customers, proving the customer received the goods rather easily.
How they scammed: Made 2 PayPal claims for a refund which has left the money pending during the investigation, total of £100.39

Sorry to waste Mod time with this guy. Can show full transcripts upon request and any additional information. Happy to close the matter, if Jonah retracts his fake allegations on my vouch page and stops the refund claim on PayPal
