Explanation of the exchange: I made two accounts for him and for $8.5 each and the deal was that once I gave him the accounts he would test them for a week and then pay a deal that I accepted. The week had already passed, 2 weeks have already passed, I wrote to him to find out about the accounts and the payment and he does not give me an answer about it and I always see it online which makes me think that this man is ignoring me and therefore I feel cheated

How they scammed: You have not deigned to give me a payment answer after I have given you the accs.
