    Zora has told me that due to my current DNT and being unable to DM or post to PlayerAuctions market thread. I am to post my issue here. I hope maybe if other people voice their opinion that I have not done anything worth permanent suspension maybe they will reconsider their decision. Thank you for reading everything.

    Below is the timeline of events leading to my permanent suspension from PlayerAuctions.

    March 23rd, 2021: In regards to an account that was first temporarily banned and then permanently banned for botting, both offenses occurring after purchase. I was told "You can try to recover the account as an alternative option to save the case. In the future, you may also try to solve the reported account issue". https://i.imgur.com/NfRikkh.png , https://i.imgur.com/V9mkWg2.png Indicating that I am allowed to replace accounts freely and without penalty if there are issues with the delivery. Customer was also incorrectly refunded 100% of the agreed upon money, if you read the conversation me and the customer had, we came to an agreement on a partial refund, and then customer support fully refunded him 100% anyway. Prompting my message.

    September 19th 2021: "Apparently other sellers also offer additional compensation to help convince the buyer into going through with the game account, which also helps alot with their reputation. https://i.imgur.com/7u87Uts.png This was said in direct response to me trying to get a customer to accept an account where the password provided was not correct. John indicated other sellers regularly have customers who are provided as they call it "incorrect information" and that I would only be penalized "if there is a refund". I was encouraged, and told that if I solved the dispute without a refund no penalty would be applied. I don't understand how providing the customer the correct password is not solving the issue.

    At no point yet have I been informed what I am doing is against the terms of service of PlayerAuctions. I carry on resolving the infrequent errors I make until....

    October 21st 2021: A customer was being impatient and threatening to cancel a powerleveling order because my workers were slow. I swore a the customer, and I was temporarily suspended for it and given a warning for violating ToS imgur.com. I was also warned that the next time it happened I would be temp suspened for 7 days NOT permanently suspended.

    October 25h 2021: My 3 day suspension is extended 7 days because I told the customer they got me suspended by reporting my swearing at them on October 21st. I also accidently refunded them $65 instead of $5 and I was trying to recover my money. imgur.com

    February 23rd, 2022: Without warning, I was temporarily suspended for continuing to make mistakes identical or very similar to the ones that support previously seemed to not care about so long as a refund was not required. I was warned that repeat offenses MAY result in suspension of my account. Not permanent suspension, just suspension. Another temporary one? Not specified. I apologized for the mistake, reviewed everything I had, but I did NOT agree that future mistakes would not happen. I adamantly defended that they are infrequent but that they do happen and will sadly continue to happen as my job required alot of manual data entry. imgur.com

    February 25th 2022 After continuing to explain to customer support that I am unable to permanently resolve this issue due to the nature of my job. I am given new Terms of Service that "any further case about fake login names will be closed in favor of the buyer without further review". In no way have I been informed that this serves as my final warning and that any future incidents will result in permanent suspension. If anything I would argue the opposite has happened and I was just given alternative terms and conditions for situations like this moving forward that do not involve suspension https://i.imgur.com/9vZIumK.png

    February 28th 2022: A different customer support representative Zack responded to my questions and concerns. He confirmed why I was suspended a few days earlier, but again explained how I am "encouraged to always try my best to keep my offers updated, and try my best to solve the issue for the buyer ASAP." . He did not stress that breaking ToS could lead to a suspension, he did not inform me any future occurrences would result in permanent suspension https://i.imgur.com/wnK9Qat.png

    March 6th 2022: Customer says while opening a new dispute "Seller was very responsive and helpful, thinks there may be something incorrect. they suggested I start a dispute since the login credentials were not working and I could not access the account." The person who made the account for me changed the information I told them to use. I told the customer to start a dispute expecting to have to refund them for a stolen product. Thankfully I was informed of what happened by the person who I paid for the account. I provided photo evidence to show support the mistake absolutely was not my fault, and I corrected the issue with the customer such that no refund was required. Customer support did NOT notify me in any way about this dispute afterwards that I was in violation of ToS, and this incident is being used as evidence of my "blatant incorrect information" ive been providing to cusotmers. imgur.com

    April 6th 2022: Customer makes a purchase and was given the incorrect password. This was my fault, not my workers, i made a copy paste error. Customer is provided the correct password. The customer closed the dispute immediately that same day, without any further comments indicating the password provided was the correct one and they no longer had any issues with their purchase. There is no longer any reason for support to open, mediate, or review this issue. imgur.com

    April 11th: I am suspended from PlayerAuctions

    April 12th, 2022: I am told that I have been suspended due to owning a second account "cmenbomb". This is incorrect, and I immediately contact support to fix it. imgur.com

    April 12th 2022: I am told that upon review, I have actually charged back a payment to the website. Again, this is incorrect, but I am told that if I submit my government ID for re-verification my suspension will be lifted. I submit my ID as requested. imgur.com

    April 12th: Despite the promise made earlier about lifting my suspension, I am told that my suspension is permanent and binding, despite having not gone through arbitration yet per section 13.3 of the ToS. imgur.com

    April 14th 2022: After pointing out that PlayerAuctions is in violation of their own terms of service section 13.3 regarding arbitration, good faith negotiations, and solutions that are just and equitable to both parties respecting their mutual interest. https://i.imgur.com/v4P840f.png , imgur.com I am finally given the explanation to my suspension. I have been permanently suspended for "blatantly and repeatedly giving customers false information". All of the instances where I followed the explicit instructions from support from 2021 to resolve disputes are now being used as evidence of my "Blatant" violations, and I am falsely quoted as making promises about never making this mistake again during February of 2022. https://i.imgur.com/rshLgBf.png , https://i.imgur.com/u5LBOjm.png

    Now, of the 10 disputes provided as evidence for my permanent suspension, 9 of the 10 disputes were resolved amicably and respectfully with the customer. A gallery containing screenshots of the ENTIRETY of those 10 disputes can be found here:imgur.com . You will also notice, the 1 dispute that WAS refunded, was far outside of my 30 day warranty policy (50 days?), and should not have been refunded per PlayerAuctions terms of service. Not only was it against terms of service for them to refund him over 30 days after purchase, but by PlayerAuctions own additional insurance policy to extend past the 30 days. Refunds are additionally not issued during mass ban events which this sadly appeared to be imgur.com. This makes 3 accounts now in this sequence of events that were refunded incorrectly. There are sadly more that I am just not going to go digging for.

    April 15th 2022: I am told that no matter what, because I have made so many mistakes PlayerAuctions refuses to lift my suspension. https://i.imgur.com/YKelJ1N.png However, not to throw him under the bus, but if you go through the last few years of "TheDangs" sales, you will see he has made just as many if not more mistakes as I have. Yet he is an advertised "Featured seller" imgur.com This does not line up with the "3 strike policy" that "many exceptions" were given for me. This other user has significantly more instances of providing "incorrect info" so it really begs the question as to why he is being held to a different standard than me.

    April 28th 2022: I am contacted by PlayerAuctions legal, confirming my suspension once again. . I am told that my previous warnings in October, along with my current issues listed in the above timeline, justify my permanent suspension. I responded with a dozen requests for more evidence and explanations of the events that have unfolded. I will update my timeline as I learn more.

    In my opinion, PlayerAuctions is in violation of their own Terms of Service in several additional ways. Section 13.3 imgur.com "Agreement to Negotiate and Arbitrate. In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to this agreement or the breach thereof, the parties hereto shall use their best efforts to settle the dispute, claim, question, or disagreement. To this effect, they shall consult and negotiate with each other in good faith and, recognizing their mutual interests, attempt to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to both parties. If they do not reach such solution within a period of 60 days, then, upon notice by either party to the other, all disputes, claims, questions, or differences shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. You and PlayerAuctions each agree that any and all disputes or claims that have arisen or may arise between you and PlayerAuctions relating in any way to or arising out of this or previous versions of the User Agreement, your use of or access to PlayerAuctions’ Services, or any products or services sold, offered, or purchased through PlayerAuctions’ Services shall be settled exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The place of arbitration shall be Los Angeles, California, and the language of arbitration shall be English. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and Title 9 of the U.S. Code (United States Arbitration Act) shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement to Arbitrate."

    * According to their terms of service, final binding decision shall be made by the American Arbitration Association in Los Angeles California. Their claims that their decision is final and binding are not true, and are done in bad faith.

    * Support failed to warn me I was in breach of the Terms of Service on 2 occasions in 2021, and again on Feb 28th 2022, and instead encouraged me simply resolve the issues with the customer. Using any mistakes made before February 2022 when I was given my first and ONLY warning that I MAY be suspended for such accidents. Is therefore negotiating in bad faith.

    * The 10 disputes PlayerAuctions is using to justify my suspension total only $1,404 of which $125 required refunding. Incorrectly, and against their terms of service in 2 ways I may add. I digress, I am not wasting significant resources or time in the grand sceheme of my total business. I made PlayerAuctions a significant amount of money last year. Failing to recognize this is failing to negotiate in their own self interest and failing to reach a just and equitable solution to BOTH PARTIES.

    * PlayerAuctions, without prior notification. Is changing the terms and conditions about simply closing disputes in the customers favor set forth on February 25th 2022, and by doing so are further negotiating in bad faith that my permanent suspension is justified.

    * Support is falsely claiming that I agreed in February to never make these kinds of mistake again, seemingly ignoring the terms and conditions they gave me on the 25th. By doing so, AGAIN they are negotiating in bad faith.


    My permanent suspension is entirely unnecesary if you actually look into all of my disputes being used to justify my suspension. I am being held to different standards and expectations than other sellers on the website, and the justifications to keep me suspended permanently and not simply fine me or something do not make sense from a business perspective or a logic perspective.

    I understand that I am currently DNT'd but if you look into PlayerAuctions justification for my suspension you will notice that NONE of it involves scamming or actually sketchy behavior. I have been an upstanding seller on their platform. Please do not immediately toss my issue into the trash, I was on PlayerAuctions for 11 years and while I am aware sythe admins and moderators do not run PlayerAuctions it would truly mean alot to me if literally anything can be done to help point out that PlayerAuctions is in the wrong by permanently suspending me from their website.

    You have been battling with their support for a long time, this was their resolution there is nothing we can do about that. They have the right to terminate your account, it is their website and business. They also have the right to change their ToS.

    As mentioned years ago by Sythe you may only choose one lane of support be it with us or with PA and PA's support has made the outcome as they see fit. Sorry you are unhappy with their decision but they have the power to do that.
