Explanation of the trade: I ordered 2 accounts from the same seller on PA, a couple months later they were both recovered on the same day.

How they scammed: I went to PA to report this and the sellers account didn't even exist on the site anymore. As in they banned him and know he is a scammer. I was told that since the seller isn't there to give his side to the story basically my side is still half wrong. They combined both cases into one, We agree'd on a refund in the amount of $210.44 (Not the full amount that I paid for both accounts, even though I paid for their account insurance on both orders.) This refund has been queued for processing since May 10th, 2020. (Refund time: Pending)

Video showing that the Zendesk chat I assume was deleted to remove evidence, as I'm unable to access my message the exchanged, and the link they provided to the case there has become a dead link.

I'm sorry this happened, however this is something that happened 2 years ago.

It's far past the point of being able to really do anything about it, I can't say them having the video removed or no longer accessible is punishable since it's reasonable to assume it would be after 2 years.

There are many things that could have led to this happening the way it did when it comes down to the evidence reviewed by PA and the timing of events in the event log.

Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about this I'd encourage next time something like this happens to bring it to light sooner and try to get it resolved sooner.
