Hello all, this may be a bit lengthy but I wanted to get it all out there.

Explanation of the trade:
On March 29th, 202 I paid paid 550M as a payment for 1-83 Hunter/ 1-80 Runecrafting / 1-80 Mining/ Mithril Gloves.
How they scammed: Not neccisarily scammed; more less their worker ignored their manager and me for showing XP gained; Kept logging off whatever client he was using right before level gains (I have proof on highscores SS) to login to runelite just for Screenshots.
Everytime he would screenshot for me from Runelite it would show 20 Seconds logged in which I found to be very weird considering, Why would you log in for just a screenshot? Why would you log off 700 XP away from a level instead of just finishing it on client instead of logging off to login to Runelite to upload the photos.
Since this I have had that worker removed; They have assigned a new one (unfortunatley extremely slow but none the less) I have requested for compensation that they find me a elite worker so my order can be done faster. Virt told me to come here and make a report.
If I was to be refunded; I would like to be refunded for everything the first worker did as he ignored my request to show XP in screenshots; Ignored his managers request to show XP in screenshots & then kept logging off before level/ onto runelite for Screenshots. Whos to say the entire first part he did on my order was not 100% botted.

Both screenshots you'll notice 20 seconds logged into client; literally logging in just to take my screenshots. The whole thing is questionable and all I wanted was a elite worker to finish this at a faster rate; not to refund the whole entire thing until they kept throwing "refund for what is not completed" out there. Wouldn't make sense to just refund for what isn't completed. The worker ignored his managers request, my request, was fired, not paid but yet I'm getting the short end of the stick.

 

Hello, i told cypher to make this report so sythe mods can come to a conclusion if they may, we usually do that in the discord. right now the worker is under investigation to see whether he did a mistake or not, sometimes they use different PC's because we tell them to use VPN, so for the owner security they use multiple PC's of different VPNs, and sometimes their other PC cannot run discord so they upload screenshots on the other one, there's many things that can happen as the worker said his electricity kept shutting off but he can provide screenshots of those levels, i am waiting for the worker response and i will get back to this.

cypher here asks for a full refund because the worker did not show him the XP rates,
we have changed the worker after the first one refused to show XP rates and was under investigaton, we replaced the worker he was not happy with xp rates he wanted an elite worker ( premium service ) however i discounted his original order more than i should discount for,
and elites wont accept to get underpaid and he wants us to compensate him because our first worker did not show xp rates which was not agreed to in any TOS. however we did not agree on this when he was initially Ordering for the service ( let me know if this is wrong ), he thinks the worker is botting but im not sure about that, i cant assume, so right now im waiting for worker response and i will get back here, thank you.

PS: the worker was not fired, paid or anything, i just removed his role because customer accused him of botting so we are investigating this

correct me if i am wrong but im pretty sure your supposed to ask if i agree to your TOs because we never agreed to one if you want to be honest.

 

regardless though agreed upon or not; your manager had requested it after the first screenshot to prove the legitimacy behind then and your worker still refused to do so

 

i can see from ur previous disputes u had with other sythe member was the same issue but we placed the TOS prior to creating a ticket, i did that after asking a sythe moderator if its the correct way of placing TOS agreement a while ago and heres sythe proof; Snipping Tool (gyazo.com)

 

yeah and then we changed the worker after him failing to do so. manager requesting the same thing u were requesting mid ticket just to get it out there does not mean thats an accepted TOS that u agreed on from the beginning.

 

So we all can bot now, log out right before the level, login to runelite to take Screenshot (since we dont need to show any XP and can be logged in for 20 seconds) because that is proof its hand done right?

read my first post, we dont know for sure he botted or not and like i told u he is under investigation stop trying to ruin other people businesses and keep throwing accusations.

 

i mean the screenshots are pretty concerning if you want me to be honest. What of my account gets banned? No one is trying to slander your company; you told me to come here after i requested a elite worker.

 

the service stopped 4/6 for the previous worker we are now in 4/8 and ur account is not banned and u still accusing us of botting, which i dont know if its true or not im just waiting for the worker reply like i told u. and he did show proof of all levels. and u still think he botted.

This resolution between is is going nowhere. We will need to let the mods come to their conclusion as apparently we cannot agree.
The proof is above; logging off before level gains, logging in for 20 seconds JUST for a update on runelite and the blatant ignoring manager to worker request ontop of customer to worker request after suspicion of botting

All i wanted was a elite worker to finish this faster then the little gains the current worker is doing. Why would i want a partial refund? Makes no sense.

Anyways I have to work now; I will check in.

 

Also of course; the current worker who has 54+ mining; I dont mind having to pay for that if refunded but why would i pay for a potentially botted service with no proof of legitimacy

Now regardless of botting or not; did he tell me a friend was playing because he was botting on my account and unresponsive? Or did he share my account info with someone else when he was the only one supposed to have it? Pretty sure thats a violation within its self

this is a violation both for worker and the customer since we mention in our #3 rule that everything should be discussed inside the ticket, you did not tell us anything about this neither did the worker.

 

tried to keep spam out of ticket and keep it to updates only for that channel but ‍♂️ apparently asking for a elite worker is enough reason for all this lol. Too tier company; i come to you because of reputation and this is how you handle things. All the way through have not tried to help me, compensate me, backed tour worker who has no proof. Top Tier alright.
