Explanation of the trade: On March.16 2022 i joined RSR looking for some COX and TOB boosts on my account. I placed an original order of 14 cox boosts and they assigned a worker named better to the order, he completed the order on March.17 2022 and i was extremely impressed with his speed and dedication. March.19 i placed another order for cox and a new worker flugame12s was assigned to the order, again he knocked out 7 cox boosts that day. I placed an order for 24 TOB boosts the same day for him to start working on.
During the TOB boosts i was reading back on the ticket and noticed a screenshot that looked odd. On the 20th i dm'd DD right away with the screenshot because i was certain it was an illegal third party client being masked or edited as a RuneLite client.

As you can see he was able to find out that his worker had RuneLite, OpenOSRS and SpoonLite on his pc and was using a reflection plugin to alter the title of the client, if he never sent a full screenshot with the right hand side i would never of known otherwise. Once DD looked into i was through the understanding flu was using OpenOSRS, because of how well things where going i let this slide and told DD flu could continue to use OpenOSRS but it wasn't until later when i re-read the chat that his worker never had the reflection plugin on OpenOSRS it was on SpoonLite which i got confirmation from a developer later that it's built into the client it's self, had i of actually known he was using some backdoor client based off of OpenOSRS i would have not agreed to that and asked he switch to RuneLite or OpenOSRS, my reason for being okay with OpenOSRS is simply because i am very familiar with the client.
While i was doing my research on SpoonLite i found the first worker better in the server with a rank so i went back and looked at some screenshots he sent me and it followed the exact same pattern, he just made the mistake of sending me bulk screenshots from a folder where you can see the entire client, but like i said this was after everything.

Moving onto the second issue, after letting this slide ( silly me ) i continued on using flu and woke up the morning of the 21st to my account being muted for 2-days for language. I instantly brought it up to their attention and it was dealt with relatively quickly and the end result was flu being kicked from the server.
I had an opportunity to speak to flu and he admitted to me he called another player a retard and knew it would result in the account being muted for saying it.
He claims he was very tired and had his own account beside mine and thought he was typing on his but the evidence that Jagex supplied shows him saying " this is not my account " which contradicts his word.

So after all of this transpired over the course of a few days i spent a few hours looking into SpoonLite, from what i can gather it's built by a small group of developers primarily based around PVM quality of life content. You need to be invited to use the client and the main developer has a warning saying they could affect your account.
How they scammed: So this is not a scam report. I reached out to a mod before i wrote this report as well to see if there is merit to it and i feel like their resolution isn't fair and they chose to bash me instead of work with me.
I asked for a new worker and they thought it was best that i go elsewhere so when we worked out a refund i was offered my wallet + the balance for the incomplete jobs ( which is a given, their worker destroyed the job ) i then asked DD if he would compensate for the blackmarks on the account due to the workers complete disregard and both workers using illegal clients without speaking to me about it first and choosing to use a plugin that masks and hides the actual client they're using.
I did agree to their TOS and like i thought they would, Moose threw it at me as quick as he could.

I feel like with the jobs being completed with illegal clients and causing massive risk to my account as well as actually getting my account infracted and possibly flagged by telling other players it isn't his account and deliberately breaking the rules i am owed some sort of compensation for this.
I asked DD and he offered 150m and then redacted it faster than he offered it and as of now, we currently stand at my 500m wallet + 76.8m for remaining boosts + 12.5m split from a tob.

I have other screenshots as well i would like to provide to the mod who takes this showing the evidence from Jagex, job completion screenshots etc etc

Cause it will be a pain to reply when DD or Moose responds, i know they're going to come at me with 1. their TOS and me saying 2. " tell flu i am okay he uses OPOSRS

1. Yes i agreed to their servers tos and the " if the unfortunate happens " but i don't feel their worker deliberately going out of his way to say something knowing the results and then broadcast to players " its not my account " resulting in an infraction on the account.
2. In the moment i was through the understanding he was using OpenOSRS which was why i gave specific instruction not to be using any macros with the client....i'm familiar with OpenOSRS so i felt comfortable with it.
Had i known he was using SpoonLite i would not have agreed to him using it at all...DD also didn't provide any actual evidence either that he " blitzed " his workers pc so it's purely all off his word.

It turned into as big of a deal as it is now once i educated my self on the clients and realized that both of his workers were using an illegal client

Hello just wanna start off with what's up Puff! so.. lets begin..

Yes I do agree that he was a customer with RSR. We also know of his history with Sythe Glass Animal

Regarding my ex-employee Flugame12s he was working on Puffs account and while working Puff did notice a Screenshot of the client and saw something was off. So I did advise Puff that I will do a video call with Flu and check his clients and plugins to make sure he is not using anything illegal. As you can see from the conversation that Puff posted with him and myself, I told him exactly what I had found and he stated that he is ok with the use of Open as long as no Macros are used. You can also see in another SS he posted that it does show that Spoonlite is an Open Client and supported with OpenRS. I communicated the findings and his response was "thanks for helping out man, i am really happy here". This was issue 1 that was resolved.

Issue #2. His account did get a 2 day mute on it which does expire tomorrow. When that had happened he stated "man i don't really give a shit it's a temporary mute" then later on in the day he did reach out to me in his ticket asking for compensation. I did offer him 150m for the inconvenience and he kept arguing about it and trying to get more. He is also stating that we offered him 500m wallet + 76.8m for remaining boosts + 12.5m split from a ToB which is also incorrect. we paid him a total of 807.8m which is more then the 150m I offered him. [redacted]

^^ The actual conversation i had in my support ticket, i didn't give a shit that Moose was on lunch cause i was pissed. This came AFTER i sent Jagex's evidence, second sentance being it's a temporary mute because it literally took telling you 3 times that it was a temporary mute.

The 500m was a DEPOSIT for ToB splits cause your worker didn't want to do FFA.
The 76.8m was the remaining order from the ToB's your worker did.
The 12.5m was the split from your worker's team getting an avernic.
The REMAINING 218.5m was MORE cox i bought so he could alternate between ToB and CoX.

Like do you not know what is going on in your own server dude? You offered me 150m compensation but paid 0 for compensation.

Addressing #1
BOTH of your workers use SpoonLite, which is a branched version of RuneLite and OpenOSRS off of GitHub dude, it's still it's own entity with illegal plugins.....especially plugins that HIDE your client's real name. I did NOT agree for him to be using that client and like you said in your own words, he SHOULD have been using RuneLite.
You've denied me screenshots from better's job but i got them and can prove he was also using it and is ranked in the server.

Like i said, whatever mod happens to pick this up please dm me or something, i've got so much more evidence i just can't post it because it's sensitive and i have no frigging account on Sythe.

 

I mean it suddenly went from you saying 500m + 76.8 +12.5 to now you are saying another 218.5 was remaining that surprisingly you forgot to mention in the beginning. You didn't even want to get a compensation until you found out we had taken a depo from a worker to work on your account after you found out is when you suddenly wanted a compensation.

Wonder why you dont have a Sythe account? Over here trying to extort more money from us when originally you stated you didn't even care. Okay DD, this will be my final response to you.
You're diluting the report by trying to throw my past into it, i told Moose in the ticket i didn't have Sythe and you still accepted my money with open arms - catch 22 amigo.

The workers deposit was posted in the ticket as well for better and for flu and i requested 3b because my bank value is 2.2b and if there was a t-bow i wanted it covered as well, so i knew the entire time the worker had a deposit as i requested it, just like i requested the bank picture be acknowledged in the ticket for the value, just like i specifically asked for trio tob's. I never forgot what was in my wallet, i knew what was paid for but i'm not the one with the ticket/wallet system.
Just like you didn't know your workers were using illegal clients you didn't know what was paid for in the ticket and attempted to use the additional 218m as a form of compensation.

Lastly, this report was filed because of advice i received from a Sythe mod and if you didn't feel bad then you would never have offered me the 150m compensation so don't play the victim and act like i am actually trying to extort you.

 

I genuinely enjoy flu as a worker, but he was a complete moron for what he did and that's unacceptable......but it doesn't mean he won't learn from it, i don't know why you would attempt to use my kindness against me but then again i haven't understood most of what you've done.

 

Mods just want to state, which I didn't before, but if you guys want to see any other proof or convos or trades done between RSR and Puff please reach out I'm willing to help in anyway

Hello @Pirate nothing like that was agreed upon about the usage of RL. Once he had brought it up to me that the worker was not using RL and he was worried about the usage of macros I checked workers plugins on the client he was using and made sure no illegal plugins were being used. I had even told Puff which clients worker had and plugins. Puff had stated he does not care if the worker uses client as long as no macros are being used. Which is something I did mention and it is in the pictures we both had posted. This report itself is confusing. He is stating the usage of illegal clients but then also the mute he received which also another picture was posted where he stated he did not care and it is just a temp mute.

 

@Pirate I believe i did post the conversation between DD and my self but it could have been over looked.
Like i was saying in the report i had not noticed the client issue until i had seen the screenshot, once i brough it up to DD he was the one who told me that they his workers should be using RL on customers accounts. As seen here;

Just for example, Safe & Sound's TOS don't mention RuneLite but it's a common practice they use RuneLite and ask before hand if the worker can use another client.
As mentioned to DD after noticing the client, i was okay with RuneLite & OpenOSRS as i know the clients but i don't know SpoonLite as as far as credibility goes, most devs i spoke to but 1 didn't know anything about it.

Just to add a little more context from this screenshot, if using RL wasn't a common standard practice....why did DD say to me these two;

Again, for context...... this exact plugin can literally be built right into the client from the loader, these reasons are why;

1. I brought it up to DD right away
2. I specifically told him i am fine with Open, as long as there is no macro use.

I want to clear 2 things as I’m waiting to collect from DD

1. I did tell their manager that I couldn’t use Sythe after the first order was completed.

2. There was a total of 4 separate orders placed in the 1 ticket with 2 separate workers and it was after order #2 was completed before order #3 was started when I spoke to DD about the client use.
Even if I had requested them to use RuneLite his workers were using a reflection plugin that changes the title of the client, that was why the client was brought up into the report.
So if I had requested for the use of only RuneLite they were using SpoonLite with a edited title of the client it’s self.
So when DD told me this I specifically requested OpenOSRS to be used and his worker continued sending RuneLite screenshots, even after DD blitzed his workers pc.
Yes, thankfully no further damages have been caused to the account that I can confirm but the intent to deceive customers was very present even with DD telling me his workers should be using RuneLite.
I have no access to worker tos but this shouldn’t be a complicated matter.
It’s blows my mind he allows his workers to use a plugin that CHANGES the clients name to make it look like his workers are using a RuneLite client, which he even tells me is the case in our pm.

 

Puff is being very difficult to do a trade. He is not verifying his IGN for me to make sure I am trading the correct person. Can I request a mod to pick up this GP and give it to puff so he leaves me alone.
