Hello! My main account in OSRS is maxed (2277 total lvl), all favour, all achievements diary, fire cape (no infernal), easy & medium combat task, all quest, 1.2B in bank and no offences.
Has elite void, black graceful, pyromancer outfit, angler outfit, lumberjack outfit, rougue outfit, prospector outfit and carpenter outfit.
Pets: rift guardian, giant squirrel, midnight, youngllef and chompy chick.

 

2277 accounts go for 1k-3k usd depending on the rep of the seller.

Id recommend you sell the 1.2b separately otherwise you will get a lot of people contacting you about the account just so that they can scam your GP, you should get around $450 for 1.2b alone.

 

I'd say $1500 for account only

 

1k max since ur newcomer without reputation and sell the gp before selling the account.
