This has been worked out between both of us & resolved.

 

Update:

He confirmed he opened crates/dropped everything to pay for membership (which goes against ToS agreed to & the fact that he agreed everything on account stays on account).



He still is stating he used the thieving GP to pay for magic which doesn't make sense as the mage is 70 in the picture that shows 79 thieving (account finished with 70 mage & there's little to no runes on the account). The account was also basically done with questing at this time (picture of QP with stats is 180 QP & account finished with 186 QP).

He is unable to provide screenshots for thieving and indicated 1) he used open osrs (not sure that makes sense as he provided screenshots in runelite) & 2) thieving was done on his pc & that's where the screenshots are but the pc is broken (but thieving wasn't done until after he mentioned pc problems - he mentions he is finishing up thieving after saying this in our chat).

He offered to redo the crates but I do not want to wait any longer for this account (as again he stated 2-3 months max nearly 5+ months ago)



At this point I've changed the password to the account & am just awaiting some guidance on what to do. The account is done as far as skills/quests go but terms were not followed & I personally believe crates/bank value/items/etc significantly lower a HCIMs value (as many people ask if I have HCIM available with crates unopened/etc) as this was to be for resale. Also things like farming supplies/herbs/raw fish/ores/other misc supplies hinder the non-combats & again lower the value (on top of the physical items like 2x tomes/etc being dropped).
