    Explanation of the trade: Bought his "maxed obby maul no pray fcape account" for 300m. Everything went good but I made a mistake not double checking the range lvls. Its range based obby maul which I do not want. I quickly messaged cooper about it (within 5minutes or so) and he agreed. But he stalled because apparently his going out to "party" lmfao
    How they scammed: Agreed that he will return the gp but is going out first to party. Then ignored me for hrs. I tagged him and he got all hostile saying he wont be buying it anymore because I couldn't "wait" LMAO. On his TOS it doesn't state anything about this. Hopefully someone can help thanks.

    P.s. I called him a dickhead.

    Also, if you check my TOS, it clearly states on #4. It seems he’s not good with reading.

    4. If you choose to resell, you may ask me and if I choose to rebuy, it will be for 50% of original sale price.

    IF I CHOOSE TO REBUY. Meaning I don’t have to.

    I also didn’t agree to rebuying.

    Prolly = Probably but not guaranteed. So there’s that. Not really an agreement to buy it back.

    Im more than happy to do what is needed on my end but at the end of the day, my family is more important so of course, I’ve been busy all morning with my 7 month old daughter.

    Yeah it does state that but I literally messaged you within 5minutes. Your tos doesn't state anything about that. I dont see it saying " you cant return the account back within 5minutes hoping for a full refund" I would understand if I waited for days before msging you but cmon. LMAO

    And "prolly" is a slang for you? well sorry I couldn't understand that slang. You had my hopes up. Made me wait 20+ hours. Just because I msged you with "???" you told me I couldnt wait? lmao bs.

    I’m not superior to anyone. I’m bottom of the barrel, friend. My donor status doesn’t mean anything to me or anyone for that matter.

    Judging by your logic, everyone’s TOS has to be changed now to adapt to specific time frames. Kind of odd if you ask me.

    Regardless of TOS, buyer remorse is unfortunately not enough grounds to force a seller to refund. As @Cooper stated in his TOS, he offers to buy accounts back at 50%. You're free to negotiate a price with him or sell it yourself, but we can't force him to buy it back for the full amount.

    It's unfortunate you noticed so quickly after purchase, but really should have carefully checked this prior to the purchase. As far as I can see he did not sensor the range level so it doesn't look like he mislead you either.

    I completely agree with what Zora said. A full refund isn't fair to the seller even if it occurred that soon after purchase as the product was delivered as advertised with no issues. As Zora confirmed Cooper wasn't falsely advertising the product he sold either.

    A 50% refund is a valid request imo as it doesn't seem that the ToS was ever mentioned/agreed upon anywhere. Feel free to correct me if it was agreed upon somewhere @Cooper. Refer to: https://www.sythe.org/threads/3991768/a-guide-to-terms-of-service-tos/.

    Correct, King. I cannot say I have text from the customer stating “I agree to your terms.”

    50% could have been a valid request had that of been where it started.

    At the end of the day, we can all say I was not in the wrong nor can you force me to rebuy an account I’m not interested in owning due to remorse as Zora stated, correct?

    Since you did state it was your opinion that 50% was a fair trade.

    I didnt agree with your tos or even say I agree. Hence why I asked for a middleman. Both King and Zora said you have to pay me back the 50%. Thats more than fair to you. The way I see it, youre just afraid youre going to sit on the account for awhile haha. Dickhead

    Zora stated I offer to buy back at 50%. He didn’t say I HAVE to.
