Break-down of offenses:

Self-Vouching(Actual permanent ban reason):
The self-vouching was years ago, it was my second offense, the first offense was I think 3 or 4 years before it when I was banned by Ardy, if I recall correctly, I was like 15 or 16 when the first offense happened, the 2nd offense then happened when I was just entering my 20s, it was stupid and wont happen again and I apologize to staff for my younger stupidity and actions, I’m not even sure if I was out of middle school for the first offense and young me definitely was stupid for doing what I did.

Scamming:
This is not really applicable anymore, this was a private incident I believe that Video dealt with involving Acckings insurance, the details are extremely fuzzy but I seem to recall we had a difference of opinion if a customer who had bought an account of Acckings had adequate evidence it had been recovered, I was already permanently banned at the time anyway and I later repaid the customer, I don’t even know if any record of this exists on Sythe because so much of it was on discord, I think the amount in question was $120 or something. I’d like to point out that Sythe staff now let AK set its own TOS and forces customers to obey them, so this issue actually wouldn’t even be relevant now a days but I apologize never the less, I don’t think this really needed to be mentioned but I did regardless to cover all basis and the customer was repaid years ago.

Ban evasion:
I’ve had like half a dozen- dozen accounts with 1 or 2 posts or other minor activity over the years, mostly for scam reports or because I needed to lookup information for a pardon or something and the search function isn’t available to guests. I had to do this recently so my bad but there’s typically some minor reason such as needing access to the search tool or needing to edit RAS reports to hide them which guests cant do or some other action that required an account. I think I donated $25 on one at some point but honestly I don’t recall. I know I haven’t had any accounts with any sort of significant activity myself.

The elephant in the room:

Then there’s the elephant in the room: How many companies and websites on Sythe have I really owned all of, part of and how many am I still involved in? Unfortunately, the answer is a ton of them both while being unbanned and banned over the last 8 years, I did a quick mental count and the number was easily over 30 different websites/companies, I have had 8-10 companies alone in my name IRL. The rest compromise what I call my “portfolio”, essentially digital companies that at some point over the last 8 years have needed a cash infusion or growth help or other assistance that I receive consistent payments/equity from. I’ve owned stakes in some of sythes biggest companies as small as 5% and stakes in smaller companies as large as 100% at times. Overall, by my estimates I’ve owned/negotiated payment deals of some portion of ~25 different companies/websites on Sythe with at least half a dozen of my own. As time passed and my community reputation degraded through my personal immaturity while retaining my business sense, it made business sense to simply hide my influence/involvement in all of my investments, I used to make a joke in the old days that I owned half the companies on Sythe, which was incorrect. There was a point though I had stakes of some sort in 15-20 websites at once on the forum which literally was half of Sythe. Those days are over but obviously staff and the community know that permanently banning me did/does nothing in terms of how deeply I am involved on Sythe. Me and this forum are tied together, forever. Whether I’m actually “on it” or not, I think enough has been shown/exposed that a large portion of my net worth is permanently tied into companies here and with how my capital is structured, that will always be the case( at least it has for the last 6+ years since my first permanent ban and always has been and there’s no indication that’s going to change, my capital lets these companies function after all. I do apologize though, if I am unbanned, I will be more transparent in just how much of Sythe I am tied to instead of running so much behind the scenes.

RSGR/Other:

Drew, the owner of RSGR approached me when his company RSGR was going under, it was less than 2 weeks from bankrupt and he owed Chicksgold, Divica, Searchy, Carlos, Bogla and dozens of others over $60,000. They were threatening him to report him which would put an end to his company, sythe staff would have been appalled how badly RSGR was ran when I got involved, the books, operations, etc. It would have been the biggest scam in Sythe history by a mile( he had ZERO money to repay them). I stepped in and acquired a portion of RSGR and essentially restructured its debt and operations in a take-over operation where Drew retained a large portion of the company and maintained the public image and I took the rest. I negotiated RSGR’s debts with it’s creditors and managed to work out suitable payment plans, every single creditor of RSGR got paid back(except me). I was tied to RSGR and other gold sites for years and years at this point and I had the infrastructure and connections to restructure the entire business out of $60k of debt. Drew ran the daily operations of RSGR, I had very, very little involvement in its day to day, just provided capital to sustain it’s debts, he was the face of RSGR and when there was an issue on RSGR, let me reassure staff that it was his fault, so don’t put any of the reports on RSGR on me because it was exclusively his job to make sure it ran properly after restructuring. Fast forward to the exposure clusterfuck, Drew vanished on me and sold RSGR while still owing me nearly $8000 of the original $60,000(years later). I’m still figuring out the logistics of suing him in Canada to regain that money. I’ve been working with my lawyers regarding that.

Gambling site/Awakengp.com:

Staff should be aware that because I am already pursuing Canadian legal action on Drew that I am also intending to file on @AwakenGP.com for the $1,500 I paid him for the defunct gambling site because it costs virtually nothing since I’ve already paid for the legal expenses relating to Drew, I’ve had my lawyers review it and they will be handling him to get my $1,500 back, despite Sythes stance on the issue, they disagree. This is not an offense, but I don’t want it to come back later if I’m unbanned that I’m suing him after Sythe staff already ruled on it, I intend to reclaim the $1,500 he scammed me so I’m just letting you guys know this will be occurring and is in motion already.

Chicksgold:

Chicks essentially reported me for academic dishonesty and attempted to have my entire degree ruined, it later went on to end up costing me around $2000. I sold Acckings to Chicks years ago and he has every right to it, I have no further disagreements or intentions to battle with Chicks legally or online.

Other:

There are other major incidents but they’re not quote on quote “public knowledge” or really known to anyone outside the businesses that were involved, needless to say they are dealt with and I am drama-free when returning to Sythe, but the amount of clusterfucks I have prevented the last couple years is appalling. It’s less “small” reports/cases and more so cases involving tens/hundreds of thousands of dollars between Sythe members/businesses that I deal with/own/am involved in.

Apology/explanation:

I would like to apologize for my actions and inconvenience I have caused the staff team over the years, unfortunately I became successful off the back of Sythe and remain successful partially due to this forum, this is what I have always made money doing and it’s also what funds my retirement now that I have “retired”. I’ve made a lot of money breaking the rules, a lot more than I really deserved to by breaking the forum rules, my old logic was who cares? It’s a forum. Who cares if I double or triple or 10x advertise through my stakes in various businesses? Who cares about infractions? I’m not sure how many others would of chosen my path but knowing the results, I did get success off breaking these forum rules, and I am sorry about that. Greed is a powerful motivator, and it ruled over each and every time I chose to break the rules. I would like to note now that I’m retired, every business I’m tied to is my passive income streams throughout retirement, so there’s no more competitive “viciousness” or drama or anything like that and I think that’s demonstrated on how well they’ve been managed by my partners/guys and would let me return to the forum without issue.


What I contribute/will contribute to Sythe:

· First and foremost, I am Sythe’s largest employer. Even Chicks does not employ as many sythe users as I do, between all my investments and payrolls there are over ~80 employees and a large portion are members of this forum, for some of them they don’t even realize I’m involved in their business.

· I am happy to sponsor CDT events as needed

· I am happy to purchase ads as needed – You can find ads for my businesses and my investments across every single forum, including sythe, and I have been buying ads over the years, I’ve paid this forum almost $15,000 in advertisements alone, I’ve been propping its ads up even if that isn’t publicly known.

· I am highly active considering I don’t really “work”, I am happy to contribute to the activity of the forum and discord.

· I will be more than happy to support the forum through no-fee donations and bond holding if needed.

· I will be more than happy to issue staff a 4-figure deposit to hold against any issues that would arise against me, if any ever did.

· I will work with Sythe staff to draft and improve any policies they find lacking throughout my operations.

· I will avoid drama

* I'd also like to point out the company I now actually own due to Drew's defaulting on his debts has never had as much as a RAS report in 13k orders of services.


I hope this pardon includes everything Sythe staff believe me to be guilty of, I included everything I could realistically think of. My actual official ban reason is self-vouching, but it obviously goes so far beyond that you could list most any rule and I’ve broken it. I hope to return to Sythe drama-free and help support the community and staff team after being banned for several years and several pardons and I’ve given this forum an enormous level of support over the years, so much so that you could argue I single handily changed it for the better or worse through just how deeply I’ve been involved both monetarily, business wise, personally, etc. I look forward to creating positive change moving forward. It shouldn't of been banned for attempted scamming though, because that was me who actually owned the site that was trying to be sold, so @Zora who filed the report thought it was attempted scamming, so that entire report is actually invalid, the ban reason should be evasion.

There's at least 3-4 more but I don't recall the profiles. I know that several however were in a similar situation to Secret Services, staff banned them for being linked to other users when they were not, there were definitely a couple mis-linkages by Wortel/others that the blame actually went onto others, but I really cant remember the names/profiles, only that they happened. That's partially my fault because I have a method to make shared college IP's appear as home Ip's through the ISP so there has been some mess-ups where accounts have been tied together (or not tied together) due to this.

I'll follow up the other request in another post. Also if you could actually yknow, leave one account DNT'd versus permanently banned that'd be nice so I don't have to evade every single pardon/report to use the search function/etc.

I was owner/partner in all of the above, I was also partnered to 2 proxy/vpn/webhosting companys for a few years on here that is defunct now and an AHK scripting business. Keep in mind this is the list only since my ban.

In terms of "partnership", can I get clarification? Some of these sites are quite large, services for example does servicing for a lot of the industry, just because its not our brand doing it, it doesn't mean that we are not receiving outsourced work from Sythe, we regularly approach companies to outsource their work to us because we provide quality services at a good price, even for them.

I've never really been "deprived" or "off" sythe, I have the infrastructure in place and capital ties that I just do all the hard work behind the scenes with none of the credit.

Like my live-chat connections, right now my live-chat agents(8-12 of them) covers 3-4 different gold sites active on Sythe right now, because I get them for cheap labor, and I have connections/"ties" to these sites it helps them massively on their labor costs but I do not own/run their operations so I'm not really "partnered" so I wont mention them but you would never know its my guys doing their chats.

There's a lot of complex deals/outsourcing/etc that does not translate to "partnership/ownership", so I'm going to leave the list as mentioned. I mean we literally take outsourced orders for without exaggeration ~33%? of the service providers on this forum? Again due to my infrastructure and connections to the South American countries. I don't "run" their businesses or "own" them though I just provide the infrastructure and get the business. I don't see the need to muddy the waters further. A business at that scale is going to have ties to other businesses just through natural business operations. Like is us referring everyone to a couple gold sites that pay us to send them there when we have customers wanting gold etc a partnership to staff?

I'm trying to keep this as simple as possible while answering your questions honestly, I hope this post and my other one have answered your first inquiry.

 

That is correct @Andy you could say I'm receiving work/business from Sythe but I am not directly ban evading it, it's just businesses relying on me for marketing and or the infrastructures I have for a variety of industries, I make money off Sythe still, but I am not directly evading. These businesses need my infrastructure to stay afloat. Without me their payrolls could double or even triple, their gold prices would be forced up, services prices would be forced up, theft would occur alot more often without a reliable team, etc. The infrastructure I provide is absolutely critical.

It's also the easiest way to start a business is using already existing infrastructure, why put together a team that needs deposits and could steal or rob you or your customers when a cheaper, just as quality, safer option is available?
You'll notice there has not been one report on my services business or ANY business that we handle services or gold for, because I am running a tight, professional, non predatory ship and it'd be really, really nice if staff would actually let me make it available to the rest of Sythe.
Really the businesses working with me have a big advantage over their competition because of this, it's also likely why its so impossible to get started in services, because our infrastructure is so ingrained in so many services businesses at such cheap prices already that it makes it nearly impossible to get going.
If I handle [user's] services(example),and he owns 5% of the services market (or insert any other servicer/gold site here) and his prices are set to 20% above my guys normal rates(so he makes 20%), [user] sits back and does no work besides collecting payment and takes his % and doesn't worry about theft, bans or anything else,and his customers get to enjoy cheap prices, hand done services and friendly staff. Now spread that across 10+ service providers. The fact is we just offer really professional infrastructure that's cheap that lets alot of businesses run and I'm proud of that and I'd really like to be able to scale that and offer it to more people on Sythe.
