Explanation of the trade: I ordered service to get Flippers for my 3 lvl skiller using the 0combat exp method. Daniel said he could do it so I placed the order. Daniel started the service, yet failed to get Flippers for the account and also gained combat exp and leveled my range. So the terms was broken and account ruined.

How they scammed: Not an actual scam, but ruined my account doing service and broke the t.o.s.

Im in contact with service provider at the very moment.

He admits he made a mistake leveling the account and is ready to return the 40M payment.

Issue is that the account is now leveled and therefore it has loss a significant amount of value. The whole 3 level skiller purpose is ruined.

It's clear that the service provider failed completing the service which lead to my account being ruined. And to huge loss on my side.

I specifically requested 0 combat exp method to be used in my thread.

Also the service provider claims that the range level was accidental and claims he only hit twice with the cannon. That's a lie. It would request 50 - 50 hit with cannon to obtain 100exp in range with only two cannon hits.

I never got a proper answer why recoil/venge method wasn't used when service provider noticed the uprising range exp before the account leveled. And he knew the supplies was provided.

 

hello, the request was to obtain flippers through ring+revenge and cannonball, which in a certain way generates exp in combat, what happened was that on two occasions I hit a 20 hit, which generated an appx of 40 or a little over point in range exp. The fins only take one hit to get a drop, otherwise with the ring and flavor you won't be able to get a drop. Upon gaining a ranged level, I paused the request until I read a response from the owner, lest I reach level 4 in combat. what was kept at lvl3, mention to the owner the return of the order

 

the client insists that it was something intentional on my part, in which I want to clarify that it was not, it was done exactly as mentioned in the thread only that exp was obtained, something that is inevitable because the cannonball gives exp in combat when giving a hit

 

Cannon was for addon, ring/venge to finish ofc.

Whole point was to obtain flippers without getting the combat levels using "0 combat exp method".
I dont mind getting some exp in the process, but leveling combat levels was against the request.

I did provide the recoilrings and venges along with cannon and balls. Also had pizzas and brews.

The whole idea for the service was not to level. Service provider could have stop using the cannon when noticing the rising exp and upcoming level. Yet he did not for some reason.

Im not saying it was on purpose out of pleasurento ruin the account, but its ruined now, and nothing changes that.

 

In the thread you mention that there is no exp in combat, when it was inevitable not to get exp if Cannonball was used, now you say you don't mind getting exp. and as a new rule it's impossible to level up when it's not in the thread you posted Several times you wanted to imply that it was something intentional on the server, I don't blame you, and I understand your position. but you can't accuse me in this thread of a scammer when you were never banned from refunding the order, I'm looking for a solution for this and you refuse to cooperate, you mentioned in the discord that you wanted the 40 million "for something fair between the two of us" but no No , I see you put that solution here. What are your intentions really?

Yes, I said above that gaining combst exp would not bother me, but you leveled the account. Not just gained some exp.
I was not aware that cannon method was updated to gain exp. But yet again,
The cannon was not necessity, but an addon to the rings anyway.

That does not remove the fact you kept getting exp after noticing cannon giving exp on range.

The other method was to use vengeother/recoil rings which gives 0 combat exp...

Sorry to say, no matter what method was used to obtain the flippers, you failed the service it self causing the account obtain uneccessary level which was against the service itself in first place.

And yes, like I said in the discord, I want to settle this in good manner and I try to get to fair outcome for both.
I'm not calling you a scammer or anything. You have been open with the case, just having disagreement about compensation.

Returning the 40M does not solve the problem. It's what you're supposed to do after not completing the order. That is in your own T.o.s.
I agreed you to pay back for the service, and I appreciate it.

I'm still left here with ruined skiller due fail to provide service, as it was requested.
And that lead into a significant loss in acc value.

I don't want to be asshole here. It's not unfair to ask for compensation for ruined account and not to settle just for getting refunded for uncompleted service.

 

I will not contribute anything else, I am open to any solution for this, and willing to refund the order. I wait for your answer @Zora

 

I'm waiting for Daniels response via Discord to handle the refund and to discuss about the devaluation of account. Hopefully we cannsolve it out and we can get this case closed.

Everything has been solved and we came to agreement of 1.2M exp in agility. The work was started last night.

Thread can be closed and set as "solved" from my behalf.
