Explanation of the trade: sold him a max account with end game armour and abilities
How they scammed: I sold the account and we agreed I would receive $75 every 7 days for 4 weeks totalling $300. During this time I had recovered my 07 account (at least I thought it was) but it has same info and similar login to the rs3 account I sold, so I didn’t realise I had recovered the rs3 account. When I realised I showed proof that I had recovered my 07 one right after and I returned the rs3 account to SCA, everything was fine until a couple days later when Sca says the account got locked, so I recovered it for him again (he claims it had 2b wealth on) so everything is going fine again and then a day later he says it’s locked again, so again I recover for him and everything is fine, at this point he has paid half of the total amount, couple days goes by and he says it’s locked again, I recover it for him but this time it has a manual JMOD ban applied for account selling, I inform him and give him login info to check and we discussed the outstanding amount, we agreed $50 would be paid 7 days after the ban was applied, it’s now been 10, he ghosted me while actively browsing scythe, then today when I threaten to report he basically tells me he doesn’t have to pay even though we had an agreement since it’s the risk the buyer takes.

He apparently "accidentally" recovered the account he sold to me which i dont know how thats possible since u have to write in the exact user login, account was completely fine until he recovered it and afterwards it got locked 4-5 times until it got manual banned by a jmod.
50% of the cost has already been paid and note that he refused to make any written ToS

Never once refused to make any TOS you’re full of shit lmao, no my account isn’t DNT it’s TWC I just forgot my login info, secondly, no one knows if the recovery affected it getting locked, you took a risk as a buyer by buying an account, thirdly the price was $300 at 75 per week, we then agreed a final payment of $50 after the ban was applied. Which you agreed to, then decided to ghost me and only refuse to pay after it had been 3 days past the agreed date, so stop talking utter bullshit.

i got informed by him when it first got banned as account had gotten locked once again (4th or 5th time after he recovered it) and he needed to unlock it

 

I recovered it around 4-5 times for him as it kept getting locked, there’s not one bit of evidence that the original recovery is the cause to the locks, maybe if you used a vpn like I said you wouldn’t of kept getting locked out, I helped you every time to unlock it, and the wealth was always in tact, you agreed to pay an amount after it was banned and then decided to ghost me until I threatened to report to which you replied you don’t have to pay it, even though we had an agreement in writing.

 

And how exactly is it my fault it was banned? I’m happy to pay him back the money but I think it’s bullshit that we can say for 100% that the original recovery resulted in 5 further locks then a permanent ban?…
