Not necessarily a scam - just want some guidance & to post this up as I'm looking to move onwards/check accounts/have someone else finish if he is not able to carry on timely

Explanation of the trade:
- 1x Quest Point Cape from Scratch (information provided 07/30/2021)
- 2x Quest Point Cape from Scratch + fully maxed combat stats/85 prayer/75 agility/83 con & items such as MA2 capes, Elite void (all helms), Firecape, & Dragon Defender (information provided 08/17/2021)

Accounts have gain 1 or 2 levels in the past 3 weeks. One account gained ~20 totals in the past two months I believe (this is all from hiscores as I do not want to log in). On 11/06/2021 he sent photos of the first account (provided back in July) at 136QP.

Here is me requesting updates with no success:


Terms agreed upon:
- I will not be paying out if an order is not completed 100% and in a reasonable amount of time.
- NO BOTS. Hand-done ONLY. If the account gets banned you will be responsible. A payment of 30% of the agreed upon amount will be paid if account gets banned & unbanned (still would need to finish the account)
- If any unwanted levels are gained I will not be paying out (for example 2 def on a 1 def account, 61 attack when 60 attack is requested, 43 def when 42 def needs to be quested, etc).
- I will pay 3-5 days after completion of the account (to ensure there are no bans).
- I may require screenshots of levels/quests to ensure no bots are being used. Please ensure this is done.

I have reviewed the situation.
I find it odd that @tataseity has not replied to @Kanye for over a week, yet the accounts he's training were last logged in a couple hours ago. Regardless, I'd like to give you @tataseity the chance to reply here.


The difficulty of this report is that neither parties have communicated a timeframe.
Kanye mentions in his ToS 'in a reasonable amount of time'. This means we have to determine if the work so far has been done within a reasonable timeframe. Although highly subjective, we can use previous work done by @tataseity as reference. He has previously completed B gloves + Lunars for Kanye within 3 weeks. This account build typically takes around 150 hours. This means an average of about 7 hours played per day.


The first account has made very poor progress the past couple of weeks but has decent process overall. It has nearly every skill requirement, so it's mostly a matter of questing.
Therefore: @tataseity you'll be given until the end of the year (December 31st) to finish this account. This should be more than enough time to finish this account.

The second and third accounts are bit more complicated. These accounts have very little progress (less than 2 hours of real progress per day). However, both accounts have a much higher playtime (roughly 5 hours per day). This means they're being played very, very in-efficiently. Over 80% of the progress is combat xp (str and range), meaning the accounts are most likely being played too afk at sand crabs.
Now the question is if this is deemed 'within a reasonable time'. Compared to the 7 daily hours of a previous job, 5 hours is not unreasonable. But when comparing those 7 hours to the 2 hours of real daily progress, I'd say that's rather unreasonable.


I don't think it's fair to cancel these last 2 accounts without payment. Instead, I would like you two to discuss a deadline for these 2 accounts. If the two of you can not come up with an agreement, I'll discuss a reasonable deadline with staff.

Appears he no longer wants to continue the two last accounts & stated he will finish the first account by 31st of December.

 

@tataseity has chosen to discontinue account number 2 and 3.
He will however complete the first account before the end of the month.
