Explanation of the trade:I made a payment for an Apex Legends in el dorado today. At 3 PM (current time is 11:18) after they took my money for the account they requested an ID verification which i proceeded to give to them. 8 hours later they released the account i had purchased back into the market they havent replied in a single of my emails and they havent confirmed my account even though it says max 15 minutes.
How they scammed: Havent replied to any of my messages havent delivered account.

Hello, it is common for Eldorado and other services that accept payments digitally to request verification.

It looks as though yours was rejected, normally when this happens it cancels the transaction.

Are you sure money was taken from your account and that it's not just an authorization?
Like Amazon and other services when you place an order there is an authorization placed on your account and if the order cancels this is returned within a few business days.

This also just happened earlier today I'm sure their team will respond if given more time.

 

I've placed a TWC on Eldorado because of their inactivity and lack of presence/customer support.

Eldorado has refunded @PitsiniosZul but in the form of Eldorado balance.

Users should be aware that if they purchase goods on Eldorado and for any reason the transaction fails they will receive their refund as balance and not to the payment method they used.

Sythe users should use Eldorado with caution because we cannot provide support for their orders.
