Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:i did tob with a group and they all kept dying repeadedly there was more fails then completions, i decided to ask for a refund on the 10 tobs i ordered, i previously ordered 40 and didnt have any problems...

I WONT BE PAYING FOR BAD SERVICES, failing every second tob is not acceptable, i buy services elsewhere and ive never ever had problems there? im actually a vallued customer there, il agree to pay 50% of the 36 euro because thats all the service was worth
