    Need rogue outfit finished thieving

    A legend is his name, first gave me a price on service, then offered it “free just for a good vouch” right out in the open, with a “do not trade” title. Figured I’d make staff aware, as not only does it appear to be a scam, I’m assuming DNT tag isn’t allowed to make trade offers?
    Sorry if this is an incorrect violation report, just trying to help
