Terms of Service that was agreed to: There was none, as we dealt through discord pms. We agreed on 1 month recovery period (where if accounts gets locked, he will help recover)

Story: Exdeath sold me an account, it was fine for the 20ish days i used it but then i got hit with a false ban, appealed it and Jagex locked the account (as I was deemed not the owner), i approached Exdeath in an attempt to help me recover the account (see screenshots), he said he wasnt successful and never got back to me. I gave him time to get back to me but he didnt, today I checked on the official OSRS website and found out that the account had actually been recovered successfully and Exdeath hasnt gotten back to me, probably ghosted me.

Total amount lost: 125m (Price of account) + 500m (Value of account when it was banned)
