I ordered 1-70 agility from him. Was told by friday it would be completed.
He told me today it was only at 48 agility (it's actually at 47) - Which is only 10% of the total exp done.

43-47 was done today, Noticing it was impossible to finish by friday, and that only 10% of the total exp was gained, i asked for a partial refund, and to terminate service.

At which point, i was cussed out repeatedly and told the time frame was only an estimate (When I was clear I needed the account back by friday - And was assured that It would be done by then at the start of the service).

i will post pictures of proof momentarily, I'm on my phone at the moment, from my computer I will post pictures of all proof.

1)Client kept asking when it woud be done, i informed him ABOUT 3 days.
2) user didnt give me info until about 8am yesterday morning, services BY HIM were terminated when he switched his password and repeatedly threatened to report e for "Services not being done fast enough"
3)I Informed client that xp in the begining levels of agility are slow, at level 50, and especially 60 it'd be better xp /hour
4)client just repeatedly said it was at 48 agility, and i only got 4 levels tooday, mind you, I play long hours during the late hours of easten time zone.
5)he still had an auth on earlier today, and i couldnt log-on for hours earlier today which took up a good chunk of time
6) I never terminated services, that was him, i tried to complete the job

It seems to me as the client was trying to just report me and get free services, he must've won a dispute before because he kept threatening me, in which point, i told him i did not violate any rules, i only had his account for 36 hours, at which point the client began to spam my discord, which DID aggravate me, when he threatened me with a report, i TOLD HIM to file it, its only gonna f**K him over, mind you this was after COUNTLESS messages and harrassment, ill attatch photos in minute

Edit: Mind you, this was a group ironman, which just started yesterday, i played for hours on the account yesterday, then earlier today as well, before my worker took over

Hello gentleman,

Based off what I have seen (chat logs between you two), @redditcoins broke the ToS he agreed to prior to the service. You changed your password and didn't give @OvrLoadGainz enough time to finish your service order. Whether or not you felt it was "impossible" to finish it, you agreed to his ToS and broke it. You are not entitled to a refund @redditcoins. If @OvrLoadGainz is willing to finish your order, he is free to but not obligated to.
