    Explanation of the trade: I joined spacegems discord to enquire about getting rw gold as thatchys service that I normally used weren't able to get any supply currently
    I enquired about price and eventually they got back to me with price and stock, It was getting late my time: Screenshot
    I decided to stay up to complete the trade and after some back and fourth regarding gold price we eventually came to a deal Screenshot
    I get told that the supplier is driving spacegems worker a bit crazy and ask whats happened to work out If were able to complete the trade or if I go to sleep and we complete it another time, to speed up this process I offer to send the ltc then and there to avoid any more delays: Screenshot
    I send the LTC while we wait for the supplier to sell items so that the 50b will be in cash, eventually after the ltc confirms I get the account details to the account that has 50b, I confirm that the 50b is on the account and ask what their best way to transfer is (as with all trades I check to make sure with the supplier to do the right thing with their advice) I get recommended to use the account for a few days and I ask to confirm if its a trusted supplier: Screenshot Again I get recommended to change the pin; so in that screenshot i also ask how to do that to make sure I follow their instructions.
    I follow the instructions he gave me and I changed the pin where he told me to change it, and let the agent know that Ill take their advice and use the account for a couple of days before transferring any wealth: Screenshot
    I then wake up in the morning before work and go to play on the account before I start work and the account has been disabled, I go back into the ticket to let spacegems/ the agent know and turns out that I've been tagged at 2:04am my timezone and couple of minutes later the agent says a new pin and "my supplier is a bit crazy, I change the pin": Screenshot
    Now this is news to me why the agent would log back into an account after me telling him Ive changed the pin and its a trusted supplier; I then go and check my personal rw account and its still unbanned. I then go onto check one of the accounts that thatachy gave me to see if that got banned and that account is also unbanned. If needed I can confirm both of these things to a member of staff.
    I understand their is a risk when buying gold for popular RSPS and understand bans do happen; however nothing states in the TOS that spacegems has, that the agent will then log back into the account after the trade is done: Screenshot
    This part just doesn't make sense to me and I personally feel that has been a major part of the downfall of this trade.
    I gave spacegems the day to get back to me about the situation and we havent been able to come to any type of resolution so I reached out to one of the sythe mods on discord to see if I'm able to report this and get an official review of it and was informed this is something I can report
    How they scammed: logging into an account after trade was completed jeopardizing the safety of said account

    Hey there :)

    I did in fact discuss this with explicitz/aaron on discord and after checking over all the chat logs I was unable to offer him any kind of compensation or refund because there was nothing that went wrong with this trade. The unfortunate case is that ban rates on rsps trades can be quite high even when using the safest transfer/trading methods.

    While Explicit states that he has never had any issues with being banned during rsps trades, he was unfamiliar with any trading methods and asked for assistance with the best way to transfer and then assistance with completing the transfer method we recommended. Obviously we provided assistance and ensured the transfer was completed smoothly using an account transfer method.

    The account ended up being banned after the transfer. our TOS clearly states that '4. We are not responsible for any bans that may occur once you receive gold in game.' so there isn't much I can do to help MR aarond here since the transfer was completed safely and securely. He only reported to us that the account had been banned almost 6 hours after the trade was completed. He says he was sleeping but obviously there is no way to confirm if he played the account for a couple hours at any point in that time period, etc. Had the account been banned instantly upon transfer, even then if he had received it we would not be liable, but then he might have a stronger case for some compensation.

    I believe that explicits main issue with the trade is that my agent accessed the account after he did to ensure the details had been changed safely. Once explicit received the account he had stated he wasn't very familiar with how to change the details on the account. After this point explicits no longer replied, assuming he went to sleep or logged off for the time being etc. Once my worker relayed to our supplier that the account details may not have been changed properly, due to explicitz multiple comments about being unsure how to change the details, our supplier requested first hand confirmation that the PIN had been changed because the account was from our suppliers supplier and we and all our suppliers always want to ensure a safe transfer, so steer went on and changed the pin after waiting for explicits who was offline then and left the new pin in the chat for him. I honestly think steer handled this 10/10 keeping the account safe and secure while the buyer had left the chat / gone inactive a little bit sooner than we would have liked.

    Also, as we said this was a suppliers suppliers account being used for the transfer as is often the case with RSPS trades. Our TOS notifies buyers that they will be trading/transferring with our suppliers on many occasions. Explicits asked if he was trading with a trusted supplier and was notified that he was. This is 100% true the supplier who gave us this gold has sold rsps gold to us 50-100+ times and is always reliable and safe.

    Tl;DR Our supplier as well as our team are all highly knowledgeable and were all focused on ensuring a safe account transfer for the customer. The customer went afk and due to his comments about uncertainty with changing the account credentials in a safe manner, my worker accessed the account to ensure it was secured. the account was banned at some point within a 5-7 hour window after the transfer, however this can happen sometimes and is outside of our control. Even if the customer had other accounts that weren't banned, this is still possible and that is the risk you take when buying RSPS gold.

    whenever an rsps customer asks me about ban rates I tell them, the ban rates are pretty high on every single server. It's not if you get banned it's when you get banned. IF you have an issue with that, please don't plan on buying RSPS gold, buy some osrs gold or something.

    While @Yoshiki is correct in saying that @spacegems cannot be held liable for the gold, there are a few instances of wrongdoing that I'd like to highlight:

    Firstly, the worker recommended the customer leave the gold on the account for a few days and said that the supplier was trustworthy. The worker later contradicts this by logging in themselves to change the pin and stating that the supplier was a bit crazy. Secondly, the worker logged into a delivered account without the express permission of the customer and changed the pin without permission as well.

    Due to the above @spacegems has been given a TWC for bad trading practices that they can dispute in 30 days time.
