Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

-I Feel I should start from beginning here, so I appreciate you bearing with me. The day started with me messaging "Sir" about a potential flip on RS3. I was looking at buying a Christmas Scythe for 3.1b. I met someone through the rares trading discord Suitybot. I had seen them being bought up in world 2 the past few days so I foresaw a potential on some profits. I knew "Sir" to be an experienced RS3 staker/mercher so I asked his opinion. At the time of our discussion I was at work, I could not get on the computer to go and meet the person I was messaging on discord with who owned the "Xmas Scythe" so I asked "Sir" to go and meet him in game and buy it for the asking price of 3.1b, to be sold to me when I got home from work in an hour. When I got home I bought the item for what he payed, 3.1b. I then said "if" I sell it for profits we would split that exact amount above 3.1b. For example if I sold it for 3.5b, that would mean we each get 200m. I spent some time trying to sell the Scythe for 3.6b with no luck. After no more then 7 days I sold the item for what I payed, along with a Black Santa Hat for a loss and swapped back to OSRS which I play daily. I had only been on RS3 for a week flipping rares on a level 3 account, after encouragement from "Sir" who at the time was a friend of mine. I believe this TWC was placed incorrectly for the reason that this was simply an off site/ in game merching trade between two mutual friends. No sort of trade with vouches, just two friends playing the game.

-This person "Sir" was a friend who sadly used some highly insensitive screenshots of banter between us, which I'm deeply embarrassed about. These where private messages between two friends, we did not have the best sense of humor which I apologize for. I don't understand the link between "Spacegems" and "Sir" in that "Sir" was perfectly capable of gathering all this evidence but not posting the report himself. "Spacegems" had no relation to anything going on between myself and "Sir". I would like to note the comment "Spacegems" made suggesting "I be punished harshly for this" when this was not any sort of trade, just an unsuccessful merch. It was simply a "what if" scenario between two friends which was misconstrued. "Spacegems" I believe has lied to staff again like he did in another report which I'll link below, and conspired in coordination with others in ill favor of me. I was told to pay $13 to cover the 200M RS3, which I immediately did, when I strongly believe it was not owed. However, I don't want the money back. I just wish to clear my name. The amount owed was based on evaluations and speculation of prices/potential profits made by "Spacegems/"Sir" which are biased at best. I have vouches totaling over 100b 07 and would never jeopardize my name for 200M RS3 when I have been trusted with so much more as proven by my vouches.

 

No support this time. Sexd isn't taking responsibility and is careless with other members RSN's here & here after several incidents. I don't feel like it is wise to remove his TWC at this time.
