• Malicious Off-site Activities: If you are found to have committed offenses elsewhere (on other sites) which would constitute a ban or DNT here on Sythe had they been committed here, we may use these offenses as an indicator of your character and choose to choose to DNT you on Sythe.

This rule specifically denotes that offences on OTHER sites, it says NOTHING about them having to effect SYTHE users. Do you see anything in this rule mentioning Sythe users? This rule is about enforcing off-site activities from other sites(SUCH AS HACKFORUMS) to determine a users character. Go read my original report and you tell me about Awaken's character.

I want an administrators ruling. Nobody in their right mind is going to read that report nor that rule how it is written and say "oh well he hacked/cracked/doxes/stole from/scammed people off site but he's a good boi on sythe!"
