Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:

Awakengp was stupid enough to just make this statement;
"its my site selling template not like im selling you runebet.com
then selling others same site
you arebuying in terms of rebranding and editing
others can have the same and change it up
doesn't mean I'm scamming someone like wtf

So if developers here use same templates as other gold selling website its against the rules even after they change whole design etc?"

He directly states that he was trying to sell Spacegems something he "changed the whole design on etc", when infact spacegems CONFIRMED it was the IDENTICAL site, with the IDENTICAL admincp and hosted on the SAME domain;

Awakengp tried to double dip on a site that is UNSAFE TO USE/Sell. This is a major red flag and in my view worthy of a TWC. He just LIED on a report to staff's faces about trying to sell something different to spacegems then he did me.

 

I'd also like to point out he has been TWC'd in the past for SELF VOUCHING 25 times;

Here you can see the url spacegems is referencing that Awakengp linked him, Awakengp didnt intend or change SHIT. He was selling spacegems the same piece of literaly dumpster fire ass that he forced me into buying.
